“There are a few things about the site that caused me pause when purchasing. Firstly the site has some confusing UI. I wanted to purchase 'Schwarzkopf repair rescue spray conditioner' and noticed that there were 3 options, but it wasn't obvious what the 3 options were (200ml, 400ml & damaged 400ml) and so I flicked between them several times to work it out. It's also clear from some of the copy that Notino doesn't have a UK content team, as the wording looks like it's been translated from another language as it's a bit stiff and formal. Both of these things and the Trustpilot reviews mean I'm a little anxious about my purchase, but hope I am pleasantly surprised when my products arrive and I can update my review.”

“I had an issue early today when it asked me repetitively about my zip code even though recognizing I was in the UK using a UK WEBSITE and providing a UK address. That was a bit annoying bit the rest is very fine!”

“Spent £100 but they still don't offer free delivery. Chose to pick the item up and even had to pay £3.50 for that! Ridiculous. Much prefer All Beauty but unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock. Second time I've used Notino. I wasn't completely sold on it last time - the scent of the perfume I ordered last time didn't last very long so wasn't entirely sure if it was genuine or not. However, it was a perfume I hadn't had before so wasn't sure if it was just that perfume. We will see what this one is like as it's a perfume I've had plenty of times. Overall, it's good there's another option out there and means not having to buy from places like Amazon, however I'm not yet sure if it's as good value as it initially seems to be.”

“I am using Notino for years now and I love it but this time, trying to change the address for my parcel to arrive at work was such a pain... can't belive you don't have the option to put the postcode and then just to choose the adress. Was a nightmare”

“Too difficult to tell how you are paying: I got half way paying with PayPal but could not enter my billing address, so I reversed out of that and paid CC I hope I haven't paid twice!”

“The product is great and the price is great but I spent much too much time looking for the delivery options, that in fact I never did find. Luckily it was broken down by Paypal. I also didn’t want to give a phone number and the system wouldn’t allow me to place the order until I had entered a house name. I had already entered the house number.”
