I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The perfume I received turned out to be an imitation, and the scent doesn’t last even 1 hour. It’s frustrating to spend money expecting a real product and end up with something fake. I’m sharing this so others don’t get misled or waste their money the way I did. I hope the seller improves their quality control because this experience was far from acceptable.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order of around €100, but the package was never delivered. I was at home at the scheduled delivery time, yet no real delivery attempt was made (no doorbell, no phone call). I then selected a pickup point, but the package never arrived there either. Despite this, the tracking system shows it as “collected.” I personally went to the pickup point multiple times, and they confirmed that the package was never received or registered by them. Customer service requested a signed statement from the pickup point, but the store refused as they are not authorized to handle such requests directly with customers. Despite all the evidence provided, Notino refuses to take responsibility and offers neither a refund nor a replacement. Very poor customer service and completely inadequate handling of the situation. I will not order from them again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Notino. The first issue started when I received a damaged product, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the manufacturer. This was frustrating, as my contract is with Notino, and I expected them to take ownership of the situation rather than shifting blame. The packaging was clearly damaged, and it was obvious the product had not been handled properly before reaching me. Despite this, I had to go through unnecessary back-and-forth communication, which made the whole process stressful and time-consuming. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. I’ve since had further problems with orders, including items that appeared tampered with, with damaged boxes and seals. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and handling processes. Overall, the experience has been exhausting. When you’re paying for products, especially premium items, you expect them to arrive in proper condition. Notino has failed to meet that basic expectation, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Pedido nº 9442823910 (entregado el 30/01/2026, Correos Express). Compré Hugo Boss BOSS Femme EDP 75 ml y el frasco llegó completamente vacío. La caja del producto tenía manchas compatibles con fuga. Envié fotos/vídeo, peso en balanza y capturas del tracking, pero Notino rechazó la reclamación por no disponer de la caja exterior y la etiqueta de envío (se desecharon tras la entrega). Muy decepcionada con la gestión del servicio al cliente. Solicito una solución: sustitución o reembolso.

I am very disappointed with my experience. All of the diffusers I received were of poor quality. Some arrived not working at all, and others stopped functioning within the first week of use. Additionally, the customer service is unhelpful and does not provide any resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in the company’s products and services. I would not recommend this website to others.

The courier company did not contact me, and my package was thrown into a corner. I only realized it had arrived later, and when I went to pick it up, it had been opened. I did not sign for anything. Upon arrival, one of my items was missing. The courier company did not address the issue. When I called Notino, they initially said they would assist and spoke pleasantly while filing the complaint. However, immediately after I left a 5-star review, they canceled the complaint and claimed it had already been closed. I hope that in the future, more “impartial” decisions will be made

Returned an unwanted item which they got. Refund via original payment method of PayPal refused. Tried to push a voucher instead. Refund would only be issued if I provide my international bank codes ( swift and bic). Told refund could take up to 14 days and guess what, I’m on day 14 and still not paid. Avoid this company, alarm bells are ringing. I now see lots of complaints also about counterfeit products. This doesn’t surprise me. STAY AWAY

When I paid via PayPal, the total amount taken was considerably more than it should have been including more for delivery. Very misleading.

Reacție urâtă la această cremă Am cumpărat această cremă cu multă încredere, însă după doar o aplicare am avut o reacție puternică: pielea de sub ochi s-a umflat și s-a înroșit, cu senzație de arsură. Nu am mai pățit asta cu alte produse. Am descoperit apoi că produsul conține parfum și acid salicilic, care pot irita pielea sensibilă. Recomand mare atenție, mai ales celor cu ten sensibil sau care aplică aproape de zona ochilor.

Notino sent me an ad promising a free gift with purchase. At no point during the purchase process was the gift made available. After making the purchase, I alerted Notino to their error, to which they responded that the fault my own for not finding the gift during the purchase process. I explained that the gift was not made available during the purchase process and asked them to send me the gift anyway, to which they firmly refused. A total scam.
