“Theyve removed my review . Cant run away forever or publish fake ones! If I could leave 0 * i would for Notino. I would. Its says micro mini but unless you have micro mini hands theyre a joke. I have used tweezerman all my life and never experienced a bad one till today. Yet if you buy direct from tweezerman theyre amazing at returns and customer service. Notino on the other hand. Are terrible. Have rude and shameful customer service. Somebody on the phone transfers you to email and a person with the name A is just on next level ignorant. Something isnt right at With their customer service. They dont answer any direct questions and only refer you to terms and conditions. They dont offer free returns and bare in mind most items are beauty items so if anything is wrong or not right… forget it! No refund or labels in the box. They also refuse to even let you speak to a manager. Ive asked 4 times and seems theyre scamming people. There are other more trustworthy places to buy even if a little more money. But you get what you pay for in notino’s case. Nonsense. Please dont spend money here or bother contacting them to help sort out any issues either. Its well known that online shopping naturally doesnt always deliver what you see online. They dont have exact size dimensions and photos are very misleading. Thankfully i only ordered one item and nothing else . I will take this further as consumer rights are being ignored for their own profits. No more notino.”

“Email I received said the price of the item I was ordering was £58.50 with free delivery and a free Discovery Box on purchases over £35, I was charged £62.03 for the perfume, £3.99 for delivery and no Discovery Box, definitely not happy with Notino.”

“I really don't advise anyone to use this website. I ordered a perfume in a gift package. 1) the order came late 2) the package was literary destroyed as in the pictures 3) when I tried to talk with the support department they were very slow in responding and super unprofessional, they only offerd me a voucher of 5 euro valid for 3 months, which you cant buy nothing with it, so in this case, I will have to make another order with them with a bigger value, and when I told them to refund me the money directly they refused. absolutely a scam Non consiglio davvero a nessuno di utilizzare questo sito. Ho ordinato un profumo in una confezione regalo. 1) l'ordine è arrivato in ritardo 2) il pacco era letteralmente distrutto come nelle foto 3) quando ho provato a parlare con l'assistenza sono stati molto lenti nella risposta e super poco professionali, mi hanno offerto solo un buono di 5 euro valido per 3 mesi, con cui non puoi comprare nulla, quindi in questo caso dovrò fare un altro ordine con loro con un valore maggiore e quando ho detto loro di rimborsarmi direttamente i soldi si sono rifiutati. assolutamente una truffa”

“I haven’t received the item yet but I wanted to comment on having to pay for eco wrapping. I paid as we have to do our bit for the environment however this should be every companies goal without relying on customers being able to afford the extra.”
