“Email I received said the price of the item I was ordering was £58.50 with free delivery and a free Discovery Box on purchases over £35, I was charged £62.03 for the perfume, £3.99 for delivery and no Discovery Box, definitely not happy with Notino.”

“I really don't advise anyone to use this website. I ordered a perfume in a gift package. 1) the order came late 2) the package was literary destroyed as in the pictures 3) when I tried to talk with the support department they were very slow in responding and super unprofessional, they only offerd me a voucher of 5 euro valid for 3 months, which you cant buy nothing with it, so in this case, I will have to make another order with them with a bigger value, and when I told them to refund me the money directly they refused. absolutely a scam Non consiglio davvero a nessuno di utilizzare questo sito. Ho ordinato un profumo in una confezione regalo. 1) l'ordine è arrivato in ritardo 2) il pacco era letteralmente distrutto come nelle foto 3) quando ho provato a parlare con l'assistenza sono stati molto lenti nella risposta e super poco professionali, mi hanno offerto solo un buono di 5 euro valido per 3 mesi, con cui non puoi comprare nulla, quindi in questo caso dovrò fare un altro ordine con loro con un valore maggiore e quando ho detto loro di rimborsarmi direttamente i soldi si sono rifiutati. assolutamente una truffa”

“I ordered my parcel 4th of august and received that 18th of august .I paid delivery cost . it’s Very very poor service .if you make any purchase with them make sure you you have 3/4 weeks time . Order No. 9511702791”

“I haven’t received the item yet but I wanted to comment on having to pay for eco wrapping. I paid as we have to do our bit for the environment however this should be every companies goal without relying on customers being able to afford the extra.”

“I WAS SEARCHING 4 LOTS OF PERFUMES 4 BDAYS & SPEND 120£ = I WOULD EXPECT 4 ORDERS OVER 50£ HAVE "FREE POSTAGE" !!! VERY DISSAPONTING THAT POSTAGE CHARGE WAS SHOWN "AFTER" I PROCEED WITH MY PAYMENT !!! = HIDDEN COST = EXTRA CHARGE = I WAS UNABLE TO USE ADVERTISED COUPON 30% OFF ... NOT SURE WHY ? ... AFTER SPENDING 3HOURS ON WEB SITE I PURCHASED ANYWAY BUT I AM NOT SURE ABOUT FUTURE ... I LEFT WITH MIXED FEELING OF SADNESS & UPSET”

“Notino is all good, unless you have a problem with your order. Then you need to go through ridiculous customer service. I had to explain to 6!! different people what the problem was, it took them ages to reply. I received a product with missing parts, I was trying to explain them but none of the people on customer support did check how the product is meant to look like. Otherwise, they would understand. After 2 weeks they asked me to send them a photo of the box with the address and everything. Excuse me, but who keeps the box from the order for 2 weeks at home????”
