“It was a mistake ordering here. I never received my order and they tried to gaslight me into believeing that I was at fault for somehow opting out of getting notified about the arrival through a ring at the doorbell! They gave no photographic evidence or anything else convincing for that matter, that the order ever arrived. It's absolutely unbelievable. It took them 30 days to basically let me know that it was my fault that I never received the package. NEVER order here!!!”

“I have ordered shower gels from Notino in the past and it has been ok. This time, however, my order arrived damaged. It had been poorly packaged and had leaked so that the bottles were sticky and unusable. Customer Service asked me to send photos which I did. Two further emails again asking for photos. Then a phone call with an unhelpful assistant. Truly appalling and still waiting resolution. I will never use this company again and would not recommend.”

“I was buyed an Azzaro Wanted 30ml and the perfume was expired in January 2024 (batch was produced in January 2019). The bottle doesn't sold anymore in any shops. They tell me that that bottled was a gift, but they put it on sale. I will not buying anymore from this site. Misleading and scam!”

“Unethical company to buy from. I was planning on making an order last night, however I have found out from speaking to their customer service today (they didn’t bother to respond to my email which I sent last night) that their coupon codes which they advertise on their website expire at 11pm. All I got on the phone was a “sorry”, I will not be buying from them again in future. Unethical company!”

“Poor returns policy (illegal I believe), customer service doesn't really read what you send, sending soiled goods as new, expect you to get gift vouchers instead of refunds for damaged goods.”

“First bad experience! I’ve bought from Notino many times and been a loyal customer. I had bought a ABH brow pomade and it came dry and cracked I emailed them with a photo, I got a response that showed they didn’t even read my email asking for a photo and details I had already provided… I’ve since sent many follow up emails that have been ignored.”

“Terrible customer service and Breach your Consumer Rights. I ordered 2 beauty products, which both arrived smashed. I was refused a refund or replacement under my Consumer Rights and instead the supervisor wanted to engage in email pingpong. I will not be using this retailer again! and I would not trust their returns policy statement.”

“I made two orders on Notino and both times the data - my phone number, address and delivery details got leaked and eventually I got a link from the swiss post requesting to update my address for a fee, later my card was charged two times by the scammers and I lost 154chf. Notino did nothing after I reported this and doesn’t provide any explanation, investigation, refund and even apologies. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM AGAIN. STAY AWAY”

“You had everything I wanted but even after spending a certain amount delivery was jot free and for that its a 1 star from me. There should be free delivery once anyone has spend over £100 or over a certain amount. Disappointing.”
