“The site gave a code to get 15% discount, even told me what the price would be after the discount. Said the code was valid until 11.00pm, but wouldn’t accept it at the payment stage.”

“You had everything I wanted but even after spending a certain amount delivery was jot free and for that its a 1 star from me. There should be free delivery once anyone has spend over £100 or over a certain amount. Disappointing.”

“Notino is promotting business with Klarna (which gives buyers credit), unfortunately they do not have the controls in place to insure that there is no fraud. In other words, merchandise can be ordered on credit, financed by Klarna, on Notino, on behalf of somebody (me in that case) but to be delivered to somebody else, with a fake reference email. By the time the emails reminders have gone unanswered, Klarna sends a claim (to me) for a business that I am not even aware in the first place. And what does Notino do in response? They just suggest to go to the police. I would strongly suggest to them to get their controls properly in place, not to fall victims of such trivial frauds. It would also avoid annoying people who have absolutely nothing to do with their business, and who will for sure avoid doing any business with Notino.”

“What if you did buy in time, with guaranteed Xmas delivery, and you company sent from Czech republic to Netherlands to UK and then to ireland, so not hope it would arrive, 720116061 whats point in guaranteed delivery if your company sent parcel around Europe it's obviously not going to arrive and your customer services are useless and work from a script”

“It’s really the worst service that I ever had!!! I ordered the Clive Christian fragrance, it was 200£. Long delivery - 7days. But it’s ok when you will get exactly what you want. So… after the 7 days I got the email- sorry your parcel was damaged… please wait 2-3 more days. Ok…Great It was delivered almost different item!! Almost different fragrance. The staff tried to tell me that it’s new version (update and different fragrance/bottles /everything) They haven’t done any changes at their website or didn’t let me know , I could choose and don’t loose my time!!! They told that refund is 14 days, after 14 days they told that refund should back in 3-5 days…. Amazing All I want - my money back Not to have any orders with this company!!! Totally dishonest company!!!”

“Good Morning . Your products are superb and the prices are very competitive . However it may be me but I find negotiating your website a nightmare particularly when it comes to paying one is taken round the houses into Paypal back to checkout trying to pay and take off the extras Notino try to add on . On this occasion I was shown a code to enter for a discount as soon as I did so up came this code ( notino15 ) is invalid . After half a dozen tries it was accepted . Overall more trouble than it is worth .”
