i have had a snack before with my delivery from notino and had to phone them to sort it out but still like shopping in there ,just would be nice to get some more discount if you buy as regulary client or a samples as i have got from other company

I WAS SEARCHING 4 LOTS OF PERFUMES 4 BDAYS & SPEND 120£ = I WOULD EXPECT 4 ORDERS OVER 50£ HAVE "FREE POSTAGE" !!! VERY DISSAPONTING THAT POSTAGE CHARGE WAS SHOWN "AFTER" I PROCEED WITH MY PAYMENT !!! = HIDDEN COST = EXTRA CHARGE = I WAS UNABLE TO USE ADVERTISED COUPON 30% OFF ... NOT SURE WHY ? ... AFTER SPENDING 3HOURS ON WEB SITE I PURCHASED ANYWAY BUT I AM NOT SURE ABOUT FUTURE ... I LEFT WITH MIXED FEELING OF SADNESS & UPSET

Notino is all good, unless you have a problem with your order. Then you need to go through ridiculous customer service. I had to explain to 6!! different people what the problem was, it took them ages to reply. I received a product with missing parts, I was trying to explain them but none of the people on customer support did check how the product is meant to look like. Otherwise, they would understand. After 2 weeks they asked me to send them a photo of the box with the address and everything. Excuse me, but who keeps the box from the order for 2 weeks at home????

Comprei alguns shampoos (7) no site official em Portugal e qual o meu espanto que os shampoos vêm todos com tradução toda em Alemão. Com um autocolante por cima em Holandes creio eu. Se o site é Português é a venda é para Portugal no minimo seria assim ou em INGLÊS. Not Happy. 😟😪

It was fine until it got to the end asking for code, the landline was too quick for me to write and I hadn’t appreciated I wa getting another on the mobile. I must add it is my 89 th Birthday so perhaps age was my problem E

I didn’t realise the postage wasn’t free until I came to pay the first page just showed the items added together and didn’t show any delivery charges at that point I have gone ahead with transaction but ideally didn’t want to pay £3.99

Terrible customer service! Never have I experienced such rubbish service, I ordered an item by mistake and the next hour (early in the AM around 3am), I requested it to be cancelled as I'm well within my rights and they said they're already processing it?! A few days later I received the item and they said I can return it for a refund. I had to pay for postage as well and they had no return label?! A big company like this, you would expect a free return label and they said they would only refund my postage what they consider appropriate?! Once returned, they said they've inspected it and claim the warehouse have said the item was opened when it was never opened at all! They refuse to refund me basing it on "hygiene reasons" saying they can send me it back or send the voucher what I've used?! When it's not even been used. Will NEVER SHOP from here again. Avoid like the plague. Don't know how to run a business. Shambles.

Placed wrong item , paid for it , straight after realised I put wrong item . Within few minutes emailed them , that I made mistake and want refund . Next day had email saying my item been dispatched, what ??Didn’t get answer until opened PayPal case . Claire , customer service emailed me back saying refuse delivery, and as soon we will receive item back you will get refund , how long does it takes ? It has been two weeks still no refund . AVOID THIS COMPANY. Customer service is a joke . Use fragrance direct instead . Will be contacting my bank , I won’t be leaving this situation
