“I am not happy. Just received my Filorgo day and night cream which I have been using for a long time now. Ordered from Notino and could tell straight away when I woke in the morning that the cream wasn't what I normally had as for the first time ever whilst using Filorgo, my skin was dry and felt and looked different. Same with the day cream. I advice be careful. I spent over £100.00for a fake product and will be taking the matter further. Product received 10/04/20”

“Stay away. Notino sells fake products and their "guarantee" is fake. The L'occitane cream was fake. Notino said they don't refund anything opened, How would someone know the product was fake or rancid or both without opening? Then they said ship it back "within 15 days" (8 left?) and we might give a credit - not a refund - and less a stocking fee! Notino is a crooked, fraud company. I reported them to L'occitane Legal Department.”

“Fraudulent return policy on fake and out of date products. Will deny responsibility, say if product opened return not possible (opening is sole way to know product bad) quote conflicting "policies" made up on tje spot, in short make you jump through obstacle after obstacle, even for repeat customers. My first order contained dried out past expiry mascaras and pencils. L'Occitane hand lotion smelled rotten. Bad company.”

“Me han vendido un perfume caducado o adulterado. Llevo utilizando el perfume Lavin l'homme desde hace 20 años y el que me encargue de notino simplesmente no tenia fuerza ni cuerpo. No olía nada ni duraba nada. Tras comunicar el problema a notino me lo han recogido para valoración por parte de sus expertos y, un mes después y tras haber escrito un par de veces a reclamar la demora, su parecer es que el perfume se encontraba en perfecto estado. Servicio pos-venta miserable. Te venden un producto a menos de la mitad del valor y luego no asumen que no se trata de un perfume en buen estado. Enfim. Lamentable.”

“No order, and no refund. Paid for a product that I did NOT receive. After more than 30 days they still don't want to make a refund. I will never buy again.”

“NOT GENUINE ITEMS, Seal broken, watered down or filled with a copy. Don’t waste your Time. They don’t give refunds even if the product is faulty. They offered me a £9 voucher to keep the fake product. Then they said if I return it, they will analyse it and then come to an agreement. I don't trust them!”

“Definitely selling some fake products. I ordered a hypoallergenic shampoo that I know very well and been using for a long time. I'm very aware of every small detail on a packaging in general. There were signs on the bottle that it was not the authentic products but when I started using the shampoo, it became perfectly clear. Neither the texture, nor the smell matched with the original. The results were awful. I wrote a review and Notino simply deleted it. No answer form customer service either. Shame on them.”

“I ordered 9 tubes of hair colour and there was one missing. After many emails to different people at notino it was obvious they were avoiding replacing the missing colour or reimbursing me the cost of the product. They have the cheek to charge insurance. What’s the point if you don’t get everything you ordered. It’s a scam”

“They sent me fake unboxed jo malone. They confirmed it was wrong and so far have had me wait for two separate days and not picked up the goods. Very shady. Didn't realise it was legal to sell fake goods. Customer service have "No Manager" and no escalation route”

“Mais uma loja que inflaciona preços para depois dar "desconto" Já adquiri neste loja um produto por várias vezes, sempre oscilando entre 5,00 e 6,00 euros (da última vez que comprei estava a 6,40). Na 2a feira passada esse produto tinha baixado para 5,40 e qual não é o meu espanto que hoje (que tanto anunciaram desconto de 20% por ser "blackfriday") esse produto subiu para 16,40!!”

“authenticity concern Purchased Tom Ford - Oud Wood, this item I do not believe this is the same as it would be direct from TF. The batch numbers do not match those printed by TF direct. TF have confirmed Notino is not one of their accounts and they do not supply direct to Notino. I'm currently trying to arranging returning this item however they are not able to give me a clear process on how to do so. I've been requested to return the item with no certainly of a refund or any other outcome. So far I can only advise to avoid using this company.”

“I gave 1 star cause there is no zero, items received short and after contacting notino they said they will investigate and took them over a month and half investigation then I had to contact my credit card company to dispute as they notino doesn’t seem want to help , my credit card company forces them to refund the missing item so notino contacted me saying we will refund you the item after investigating (rubbish ), then I wanted to see howmuch they care I said what about the inconvenience, what inconvenience and waiting?you get the pic?they don’t give a xxxx”
