“Just experienced shocking customer service from Notino. Bought two products and was entitled to a free gift. Goods arrived, one was already opened and the free gift was missing. They have disputed that either was possible, only option is to return at my expense but then they’ll likely state it’s been opened and free gift is missing. Buyer beware!!!”

“Made my order and was asked to choose a free gift but the system would not allow me to make a choice. Not much of a gift..... More like - Look what you could have won IF the system worked! Disappointing.”

“Not received products yet which came to £8.90 but in order to confirm order it was actually £12.79 with added 'eco packing' and 'priority complaints' which i don't understand why I need having already paid £3.99 delivery through dpd. Seems like a rip off by time you get to checkout”

“I ordered two items but only received one. I never received something so poorly packed. just a few pieces of cardboard held together with tape. I'm honestly surprised the item that did arrive wasn’t damaged. I was assured that they always package their parcels with care. That’s hard for me to believe. At the moment, I’m waiting for a refund, but it seems they’re simply investigating whether everything was packed correctly on their end. This was my first time ordering from them, and I will never do it again. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t believe I’ll get my money back.”

“One product sealed, one already opened – both shipped in the same box. I ordered two identical items from Notino. One arrived properly sealed, the other clearly opened and possibly used. The outer box looked fine, but the issue was inside. Customer service? Completely uninterested. I was offered a £3 voucher for a £54 order – as if that makes up for receiving compromised products. Apparently, if the packaging isn’t damaged, what’s inside doesn’t matter. If you care about product safety and hygiene, think twice before ordering from Notino.”

“Purchased a Parfumes de Marly Oajan with special price but received a totally different, cheap perfume. I had to wait couple of days of "investigation", send back the incorrect item on my cost (they are saying that will be refunded) and complete and form requesting a replacement. But instead of replacement I will be refunded. So my special price item it's gone, I'm out of money for weeks. Terrible experience.”

“Jeg sendte en YSL pudder retur. Jeg lavede en returnering og printede det label, som der kom med returneringen. Den kunne de ikke scanne ved indlevering og jeg kunne derfor ikke få et tracking nr., men bliver oplyst at pakken sagtens kan sendes retur uden, da label indeholder det, som det skal. Nu kan Notino ikke finde min returnering og har derfor afvist denne. Jeg skal nu betale for et produkt, som jeg ikke er i besiddelse af og kundeservice er ikke behjælpelige, hvis det ikke er et tracking nr. Så jeg anbefaler absolut ikke at købe herfra, hvis der er en chance for, at man skal sende noget retur.”

“The shopping with Notino would be more satisfying if they would not charge for delivery when they say they will not. I ve just paid for my shopping - free delivery over £30 says on the home website. When got to my shopping basked with bill £46 to pay what's a surprise - £3.49 for 'free' delivery been added.”

“Habe 2 Produkte bestellt, wie bekannt ist, sind alle make up Produkte und Parfüms in Griechenland sowieso viel teurer als im übrigen Europa. Da ich aber einen 5% Gutschein hatte, und ich gerade in Athen bin für längere Zeit, habe ich von notino bestellt. Die Zustellung war schon anstrengend. Ich musste 4 mal zu ACS. Dann war das eine Produkt ein Refill, obwohl in den Verkaufsfotos und in der Überschrift nirgends Refill stand und die Produktangabe nicht so beschriftet wie auf der Packung. Das ist irreführend und tricky. Ich werde sicher kein zweites Mal bei denen bestellen.”

“A very poor and bad service, ordered few items 9 days ago,it was a gift for my sister and i was about to flight and i was told that the parcel was damaged so i requested another one a replacement, and again it was sent without my address can you imagine that, sending a parcel with just a name!?! I called the courier and they asked me to contact Notino and asked them to modify the address I did so early in the morning but they don't care the advisor told me that they wouldn't deliver it and they will wait until the next day i explained to them that I'm travelling and it's urgent and all this happened because of them,they are faulty but they refused to do any effort,can you imagine that i rescheduled the flight and i paid fees for that,and i promised the items to my sister's for her birthday and I'm travelling empty handed,so because i won't be at home i requested a return and straight away i received an email that the parcel is back to them(notino) and that they will issue the refund within 24 hours So to be returned it's okay,and to deliver it they can't It's disrespectful They don't really care about their customers 10 days to get nothing just imagine that”

“Terrible Service and Unresolved Delivery Issues I regret not checking online reviews before making a purchase from Notino. My recent experience with their service has been deeply disappointing and is consistent with the numerous negative reviews I’ve seen. I placed an order and specified a safe place for delivery with DPD, but my parcel was not left at the designated location. The delivery slip was vague, and the tracking information was inconsistent. Despite providing Notino with additional details and images of my property, they insisted that the parcel was delivered correctly based on DPD’s claims. The images they provided were unclear and did not match my actual property. My attempts to resolve the issue through Notino’s customer service were met with frustration. They repeatedly dismissed my concerns, failed to escalate the issue properly, and offered no meaningful assistance. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, only offering generic responses and refusing to acknowledge the discrepancies. To add to my frustration, I’ve since discovered that many other customers have faced similar issues with Notino's delivery service and customer support. It’s evident that this is not an isolated incident but part of a broader pattern of poor service. Given my experience and the numerous complaints from other customers, I strongly advise against ordering from Notino. Their delivery service is unreliable, and their customer support is inadequate and unresponsive. I am now pursuing a chargeback claim through my bank due to their failure to resolve the issue.”

“I was disappointed with the condition of the box once i took off the cellophane wrapper. The presentation box was finished poorly as if it was a second or a copy? I expect a lot better for a purchase of over £150. I contacted them and informed them, sent pictures. Just standard reply, but nothing done!!”

“It was a mistake ordering here. I never received my order and they tried to gaslight me into believeing that I was at fault for somehow opting out of getting notified about the arrival through a ring at the doorbell! They gave no photographic evidence or anything else convincing for that matter, that the order ever arrived. It's absolutely unbelievable. It took them 30 days to basically let me know that it was my fault that I never received the package. NEVER order here!!!”
