Product was reasonably priced but, delivery charges are hidden on this company until you get to the pay pal point. very misleading it looks like you are paying 90p for delivery when that really is an extra for eco delivery, they then add on another charge at the next point. Quite deceiving really, I like to know what I am paying for from the start, like most people!

Several times my account was blocked, so I need to write my email again and again and wait until the next day to be unblocked. It's extremely annoying. In the end, I just created a different account and made a purchase.

I was not given a joice with delivery options I wanted the cheapest option of royal mail but the website made it impossible to apply!!

You still need to commit to payment before knowing the total amount including shipping. I'm sure this is against merchant terms and conditions. Why do you do it?

I think £4 is quite for postage on an order over £34 on two small items.

I am billing from a different country for a British receiver I can't put my address because it has to be a British address .we are talking about online shopping here make it more flexible pls If my receiver will like the service and the products I'll give you 5 stars then

Good products but sick of paying carriage on everything, and can only order 10 max of product I take so now way of saving buying in bulk vs the carriage

Delivery costs were not visible until after I had gone through Paypal payment. I feel they should be more transparent and be shown before a payment method is chosen.

Always received the right product from Notino without any issues. However my last order of Dunhill Icon had a broken sprayer head which I could not fix. I had to force open the bottle and in the process lost more than half of the juice and put the rest in a decantar. I was quite disappointed to say the least

Order experience could be much better: Delivery cost was not listed until after my payment was processed. Since it wasn't included anywhere before that, I assumed delivery would be free. It wasn't. Default - which I didn't spot in time - was to opt-in to marketing emails. Now I'll have to figure out how to opt out.

Ordered a few items, one came broken. Even though paid the "notino insurance" I was offered no replacement but only free postage 'next time I order'. Fragrances all seem legit but your taking a risk ordering from them.
