“Had problems placing an order, the payment page needs attention, it kept freezing. Not sure if I have wasted my money !!”

“I am billing from a different country for a British receiver I can't put my address because it has to be a British address .we are talking about online shopping here make it more flexible pls If my receiver will like the service and the products I'll give you 5 stars then”

“Always received the right product from Notino without any issues. However my last order of Dunhill Icon had a broken sprayer head which I could not fix. I had to force open the bottle and in the process lost more than half of the juice and put the rest in a decantar. I was quite disappointed to say the least”

“Order experience could be much better: Delivery cost was not listed until after my payment was processed. Since it wasn't included anywhere before that, I assumed delivery would be free. It wasn't. Default - which I didn't spot in time - was to opt-in to marketing emails. Now I'll have to figure out how to opt out.”

“Ordered a few items, one came broken. Even though paid the "notino insurance" I was offered no replacement but only free postage 'next time I order'. Fragrances all seem legit but your taking a risk ordering from them.”
