“Mr.Randy was my tech that came out on time and explained to step by step what was needed to repaired and Omg communicate very well with me. They definitely gets a five star from me ,looking forward to doing business again and I will be asking for Me.Randy only..”

“Getting my brakes done couldn't have been easier. I set up my appointment via text, and I was given clear pricing and expectations. Randy was actually early, anyone who has had an "appointment window" knows it almost always means it will be at the last possible minute, not the case with NuBrakes. Randy texted me to make sure it was okay to arrive early, was very friendly and respectful, and got my front brakes done in half an hour. My receipt was emailed promptly, and I got a follow up text to make sure everything went well. I requested the part numbers used on my car and they sent me an email within 5 minutes. My experience literally couldn't have been better. When I got my rear brakes done the conventional way, it took forever to find an appointment that worked with my schedule, it took 3 hours, I had to get a ride home and back to the shop, AND I paid more. I have already told everyone I know about NuBrakes and I'll definitely be using them next time.”

“I had a great experience with NuBrakes. My mechanic Benjamin was 15 mins early to my appointment and went straight to work! He was friendly and professional! It took him less than an hour to complete my break job (BMW 650i). I will recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks NuBrakes”

“The local auto shop quoted me a much higher price on brake pads and tried to sell me new rotors that I didn’t need. NuBrakes came out within the week, verified my rotors were in good shape, and replaced my brake pads for a much lower price. The technician encounter some problematic rust that took him longer than anticipated to work around, but he didn’t up charge me and stayed positive.”

“My inquiry was answered very quick,I answered a few questions and got the quote and scheduled an appt. Derek showed up as scheduled and did the inspection,then did the work quickly.
