SUBARU OWNER I think 2 stars is generous. It is specifically for the friendliness of the people. Really nice people. The service itself is regrettable. I have a family, and tried these guys out to save money. I paid for brake pads all around and an oil change and tire rotation. The first tech did not reattach the caliper on my front brake. He also swapped the position of my drivers side tires only, for my rotation. They refunded the money for the rotation. They wanted to send the same tech out to fix the problem. No thanks. The second tech was shocked that the caliper was not attached and let me know the problems I was experiencing was from that. He replaced the front pads and threw in free rotors. Since then every time I brake my car grinds to a halt and shakes at high speeds. I took it to the dealership and they let me know and showed me that the aftermarket rotors they used were not the size of the OEM rotors but were larger and that’s why it was grinding, but at least I was safe. They showed me how the caliper had knocked of the balancing weight causing the shaking and were nice enough to rebalance it. They recommended getting new pads and rotors from them to fix the problem, which I cannot afford. So I’m stuck driving around with a car that grinds to a stop every time I brake. It’s embarrassing to have passengers in my car and every time I stop I hate Nubrakes even more. I’m glad so many people have had such a great experience. Instead of telling everyone how great MY experience was and being happy, I would never recommend this service to anyone. I feel like “you get what you pay for” and save money somewhere else. Not on your brakes. I am so unhappy with my brakes. 😣 Also, in attempting to review them on their site (which in not able), I notice that they have terrible reviews, somehow rated with 5 stars, so even if I rated them bc 1 Star and left a bad review they would just change the rating. Ironically, I looked at the rating and didn’t read the reviews. If that’s not gdishonest, I don’t know what is.

I contacted Nubrakes for front brake motors and brake pads replacement. It was a good experience. The technician was knowledgeable and had good tips. He also ran a test drive to ensure everything is working. I would rate the technician 5/5 However I would need to give a bad grade for the parts quality. They quoted me platinum grade parts but they started rusting within a week. Checking back after a month, the brake rotors looked rusty like they were extremely old. I believe the part costs don’t align with the quality

The tech was a great guy and VERY kind but if you don't have a "nice car" DO NOT call this company for brakes. They will just tell you basically your car is too shitty to work on for liability reasons. My engine light wasn't on l, the car was fine just cosmetically ugly and that resulted in no service. Again the tech they sent was very awesome company itself should just put on the website they don't work on unless cars so people don't waste time and can make other arrangements to have their car fixed.

Had an appointment for 11:30, they showed up 2 hours early with no notice. Tried to up sell me on routers which I know I didn't need because I had my car looked at by the dealership the week before and he didn't even evaluate the vehicle before this recommendation. No apologies for arriving so early, if I was okay with early time, I would have booked it for that time.

I was okay with the technician that came out to work. He was friendly and did a decent job for the brakes themselves. The issue I had was when I started driving my truck I had realized the brakes was spongy. Called and asked if they had bleed the brakes was informed that they never opened the hydraulic system so shouldn't be no air. Was informed it was probably the master cylinder. I asked if they could take care of that he said they don't do master cylinders. I took to Midas it was master cylinder. I'm not happy because if you are going to handle a brake system you should handle whole system.

I requested a quote online and Amy Called me provided me a quote on the phone. Once the technician arrived and did the brake work which he did a great job! He told me what the charge would be and I immediately stated that’s not what my quote was. We called Amy and she seemed confused and had to call her manager and called me back and stated they would give me a discount. I felt I should have been charged the price that was given to me. I’m assuming Mark is the manager, he finally called me by the end of the evening and stated they would give me the discount vice what was quoted which I went ahead and paid. He said he had a voice recording that stated Amy said that price was per axle, I have not received my invoice or the recording Mark stated I would be receiving. Needless to say, I’m only one customer but I will not return nor will I refer them! Very disappointed but I pray they provide accurate information to their customers and if they make mistakes stand by them!!! No hard feelings just won’t return!!!

The service was very convenient, the brake tech came out to my home and changed my brakes and roters within a matter of hours. I was pleased with how quick someone was able to get to me and complete the service. My only concern is that I got my brakes changed at the beginning of August and by the last week of August they were making noise again, which was pretty disappointing.
