“What should have been in my glove box was not. Wheel lock key didn’t get put back from when I had my tires rotated. Tech was patient and understood. Was able to get it back on the quick and the tech still managed to be done in real good time.”

“The mechanic was polite and courteous. He arrived on time and promptly got to work after reviewing the work that was to be done and the quote. Was done in an hour with brake pads and oil change.”

“He was early for the appointment, which worked well for me. He was proficient and fast. Respectful and helpful without being pushy. Price was comparable to most in the area, without having to go somewhere and wait for hours to get your car evaluated, then even longer to get out serviced.”

“NuBeakes was quick to respond, Lee was a fantastic manic answer all my questions with no expectation of an up charged. I did decide to go with and upgrade package with he's recommendation for the safe of the car not our of getting ripped off. So why now 5 stars? I felt like there should have been a longer discount on getting a longer package. But a 10% is still something.”

“I reached out to the company last year but I decided to go to my dealership. This year I needed my rear brakes replaced, so I reached out and I couldn’t believe they remembered my name, that was impressive! I scheduled my appt for 3 but the technician arrived at 5 and that irritated me, however he kept communication open and provided a discount in price. Jorge was very nice and took care of my needs. I would highly recommend NuBrakes to anyone. I’ve already referred 2 of my coworkers.”

“As far as the actual service, it was friendly, efficient, fast, and straight to the point. I highly recommend this service. The only reason why I didn’t mark 5 stars is they tend to spam you via text and phone calls until you actually book the service. It took like 3 days and 8-9 messages from them to get quote. And many texts almost each day until it’s done. I hope they review this process and consider what they are doing.”

“Ok, I will first say that Derrick was awesome and very easy to interact with. Great person. He got them three stars alone. The price was great, no complaints at all there. So the reason for 4 stars instead of 5...my intro to the team was really good. Scheduled a quick visit. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule me because they were running behind. Then they sent poor Derrick out with the wrong parts and we had to cancel and reschedule from Saturday to Wednesday. Can't say that I wouldn't use them again, because the convenience and price are great. So they will continue to get my business and I'll just hope for a better scheduling experience.”

“Easy to schedule. Very transparent on pricing. Competitive pricing. Only complaint would be the tech was 2hrs late for the appointment. He did communicate he was running behind, but did not estimate it would be that long. I’ll likely use them again due to convenience, pricing, and quality of service. Just will make sure to schedule on a day I don’t have any plans. 😁”
