“NuBrakes is a very nice and convenient service. Having the ability to get my brakes fixed by a professional and not leave home is great. I gave 4 stars because my appointment time was 9:00am and the technician arrived 42 mins after the hour without proper notice. In addition to this, his tool was not charged which also caused another delay. Other than these two issues, the service was good. I would still refer this company to others.”

“Convent and quick service, had a little hiccup with starting but once he got to my house he replaced the rotors snd pads in less than 45 mins. I got a discount with the mixup too! So yes I’d recommend this company”

“The tech arrived exactly as scheduled and found my car without me being there. The service was very quick. I don’t think it took him an hour to complete. For that alone, I applaud him. So far my car is no longer rattling with my new rotors and brakes but although I’m stopping better, it’s still taking my car time to come to a complete stop. I’ve been in cars where you tap the brakes and you stop immediately. Maybe within a week, I will see better results. The price was right and for not having to sit in a repair shop for hours, I would recommend.”

“Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Job was done in a timely fashion, he answered all the questions I had (even taking the extra time to expand on my queries). Scheduling was a bit of an issue after finding out that parts were suddenly not available in time for appointment, had to reschedule almost a week later than originally set due to travel schedule. Overall generally favorable experience.”

“Convenient, when your a busy Contractor and always on the road with truck and trailer. The breaks were completed in 1hr while I was working! Great job, tech was late to the appointment but finished and did a great job as usual. I am a repeat customer of Nubrakes.”
