“Getting my car inspected and they said the emergency brake isn't working properly”

“Because I didn't want to pay for extra services my warranty on my break pads was voided. If I went to auto zone and bought pads I'd still have a warranty. Also was told I couldn't have anyone come back out to put on new rotors because I didn't add them today.”

“Multiple time changes and it's very acceptable during Civid, but it git to be a bit much for a 5 minute repair. The professionalism was top notch and courtesy extended because of Multiple changes. I'd still recommend you highly.”

“I had an issue with my first appointment (parts didn't show up - no one called to let me know). Once the parts showed up, everything about the experience was excellent - particularly Pablo the technician.”

“Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem was that he was not prepared to remove the hub and bearings. Seems like they should have researched the procedure before making the appointment. Had to reschedule. Will leave another review when the service is actually performed.”

“We were told we needed all 4 brake pads & rotors replaced on our MKZ while it was in for recall work at the dealership. Their quote was astronomical, so I shopped around and found NuBrakes. They quoted me $596 all inclusive. It was a significant savings from the dealership, so I scheduled an appointment. The tech arrived at my house to do the work, but discovered that the back brakes & rotors had 90% life left and the fronts had 70% life left. Basically, they did not need to be replaced as I was told. I can’t attest to their work. However, very much appreciate their integrity not replacing something that didn’t need replacing. He did charge us $99 for the service call.”

“Apparently no one at Nubrakes was aware that replacing the rear rotors on a 3/4 ton transit van requires removing the rear axle. Had to settle for pads only. Tech was on time and professional”
