“I started ordering various homeopathic treatments over 12 months ago from NVS. Their prices were and still are competitive and delivery via post is usually within 3/5 days. On a previous order I omitted an item and ordered it separately with an additional postal cost. The people at NVS noticed the two separate orders and combined them with just one delivery charge.”

“The only place I can find outside London that sells Roger & Gallet soaps. It's a shame because they used to be sold in many upmarket shops as well as John Lewis. Packaging is robust and delivery rapid. Thank you again NVS.”

“Simply the best online service. Fantastic range of products, hardly ever a problem. If something is out of stock, I have had phone calls about it and substitutes instead. If I forget something and order later, it arrives with the original order, without further delivery charge. And I have discovered some fantastic products I never knew about from samples sent, always customised to my buying habits. Eternally grateful!”
