“Should have been a 5 out of 5 as I absolutely love this table, however, the follow-up service was non-existent. We had a small mark and the inset panels were totally uneven. My husband managed to fix the panels and we are just living with the mark, but it was disappointing not receiving a response to our queries of how to remedy the issues.”
“Good quality and easy to assemble once it arrived. I agree with another customer’s comment about the product stamp on the side of the furniture though. I did not expect this and was a little disappointed. Is there any way that this could be changed for future products? I think it cheapens the furniture. But overall I’m very happy with my purchases from your store and would be interested in buying furniture from you again.”
“When I first unboxed the oak chairs I wondered if they were seconds as each one looked slightly different and some of the grain was more obvious. They have stood up well to 3 kids brutal treatment and wipe down easily so the durability is very good. I think for the price it was a good purchase.”
“We like our new TV cabinet, but two things that could be improved on it - we don't like the branding GoodWood burnt into the side, and it would be nice to have runners on the drawers.”
