“Very disappointed in quality of the oak bedroom furniture,on the main low boy 2 draws didn't shut properly and the bedside draws were sooooo small they would not of been any good for a toddler let alone an adult.I had checked my measurements for the lowboy which was correct but didn't think about checking measurements for matching bedside draws. So be aware!
I had to give the whole set to a grandchild, who's father can fix the draw closure 😢 I had to go and buy a new bedroom set somewhere else.”
“I purchased a Manchester queen sized bed frame online in early December. The delivery was pretty fast, though I indicated that I would prefer to have the bed frame delivered when my new mattress arrives possibly in early January. The mattress actually arrived on 27th December. My husband and I started to assemble the bed frame but found we couldn't get two bolts into the holes on one side of headboard. I called the store's customer service but the reception said I could only send email and with photos. I sent an email with photos of package of 3 boxes as they required, and one headboard where the bolt holes had no threads. The online customer service replied in the same afternoon asking me more questions. That night we had to sleep in the new mattress on the floor, as giving our old bed away as soon as the new mattress arrived. The next day my husband sent them another email with a couple of photos with flashlight so the two bolts hole without thread can be seen clearly. He offered a solution that if the store can send a new plate for the headboard that we can ask our local builder to fix it. We live in Coromandel town, the shipping we paid is over $300. When my husband phoned the store again, and he was told that the customer service team were on holiday till 8th January.. We also noticed that one bolt was missing ( according to the package, it should be 10, but we found 9 only). My husband went to a hardware shop when he was in Thames and bought a similar one. It has been so inconvenient for my family especially when we had guests and we can't assemble the new bed, and I have felt frustration without any further reply from the store for the past two weeks (from 28th December to 5th January). I hope the store can give us a solution either replacing the headboard without faults, or shipping a new plate so we can assemble the new bed smoothly as soon as possible.”
“Price on page indicated discount for bank transfer, however price did not change when selecting bank transfer option leading to me over paying and then not being able to get the difference refunded. Which seems unethical and poor practice”
“Dining table took too long to deliver using lunar new year as an excuse (as if this was an unknown event). When finally arrived, the dimensions were not as advertised and of different colour. Getting a replacement was a challenge and had to refund eventually.
Similar case with the coffee table being delivered with the wrong dimensions. Worst of all, they asked me to put back both items in original packaging. Terrible customer service from their staff named Steve Josh.”
“The wood looks nice from afar but the drawers are poorly executed with cracks in the wood and glue showing. Gave me splinters as I put it together.
Would not recommend. Will never buy again from this company. A lot of money for a poor product.”

It is a very nice table but when we went on line to buy this table there was nothing clearly advising us that you were just a brokering agent who ordered these tables from overseas after we placed the order. We expected that you would have these items in stock within NZ to forward on to customers. You need to make that very clear to your customers.”

“We had defects on one of the pieces we received. Company completely refused to acknowledge these and explained they were only the depot and the company is based in China so we have no recourse. Would never buy again from this overseas based company”
“Poor advertising, photos do not show accurately the product, colouring was totally different in real life and there is an ugly logo very visible. The quality was also not worth the price.
