“I was a little confused at the quick delivery as the website said the item i bought was not in stock and would not be until mid May. So, it was a surpise when the delivery happened just a few days after the order. It would have been great if the delivery people had been able to remove the packaging and take it with them.”

“Shipping times indicated on the website when you purchase are not accurate to reality. The quality of the furniture is excellent, but if you’re buying from NZ, the shipping is slow.”
“The Oak Furnature Store manufacturer drop shipped table to my address and met their delivery commit duration of 8 weeks. The furniture had a crack in one of the shelft supports. The Oak Furniture Store quickly communicated with me and contacted the manufacturer. The Manufacture said the crach was caused by a knot, so it was not a problem and therefore not warranted. The Oak Furnature Store passed on the manufacturer comment and offer me a $100 voucher for a future purchases. This question from discovery to offer took 24 days. Other than the question about the crack, the price is beatuiful and looks great in our hallway.”
