“The Oak Furnature Store manufacturer drop shipped table to my address and met their delivery commit duration of 8 weeks. The furniture had a crack in one of the shelft supports. The Oak Furniture Store quickly communicated with me and contacted the manufacturer. The Manufacture said the crach was caused by a knot, so it was not a problem and therefore not warranted. The Oak Furnature Store passed on the manufacturer comment and offer me a $100 voucher for a future purchases. This question from discovery to offer took 24 days. Other than the question about the crack, the price is beatuiful and looks great in our hallway.”
