“I was please with the price but the quality of the kratom is not what I was expecting, nor does it have the characteristics of ULTRA ENHANCED kratom. From what I've researched ( and recieved from other companies), ULTRA enhanced has chunks and denser peices mixed throughout from processing, this looks exactly the same as regular kratom powder”

“This was the first time I'd purchased from Oasis and it was an all around good experience. I contacted them by email first to ask afew questions, they responded promptly, were very helpful, and answered all of my questions with ease. Very friendly and personable people, and that was actually the deciding factor in me placing my first order with them for a kilo of red maeng da (my usual choice of strains) I chose free shipping, and it took about 7 business days to arrive to me in rural North Dakota, I'm guessing because of the general breakdown in the efficiency within the USPS due to the present ongoing covid debacle. Otherwise, I imagine shipping would've taken about 4 business days...typical for where I live, I'm near the Canadian border, weather and other factors cause delays. Not unusual and not a big deal. Now for the kratom...the kratom came in a durable vacuum sealed clear pouch that was inside of a USPS priority bubble envelope. For me they had also even included an empty foil envelope in case I wanted to return it if I didn't like it. I'd pretty much grilled them with questions in that email of mine, so that was really cool of them to do that. It showed me that the folks there at Oasis ARE indeed paying attention to their customers... I always appreciate that! The kratom was of high quality, it was quite fresh, it smelled nice, it had silky texture -no clumps, and no chalky, dry additives were detectable to keep it that way. THIS is the way kratom is supposed to be, and THIS is the ACTUAL NATURAL PRODUCT. ---I came to Oasis from another vendor I'd been purchasing from for many, many years because they had been adding increasing amounts of (edible, safe) diatomaceous earth to their kratom...they discovered it was and easy way to control excess moisture, and also kept it consistent from batch to batch --BUT-- they also discovered it adds ALOT of weight to the kratom. They kept adding more and moreof it until my kratom's potency suffered severely, the powder was dry, dusty, it smelled like cement and tasted like plaster. It was a huge relief for me to stumble onto OasisKratom.com and get some GOOD, NATURAL KRATOM POWDER the way it's supposed to be!!! -Also a pleasant experience dealing with their people, who gave me an all-around good experience from the first email to my smooth transaction to the discreet, reliable shipping of their product.
