I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 only because the quality is good but not as good as some other brands that I can buy locally (although I have to pay a whole lot more for the other brands!). Their prices really can't be beat. I use this company's Kratom 90% of the time, and I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the market.
