“I have a advanced -300 lb upright walker and have been trying to get a replacement bag with no luck. No one will return my contacts about this. No customer service.”

“My son, along with many other injuries, lost both of his legs at the knee in a motorcycle accident and has not walked in about 3 years. He has been confined in a wheelchair, with artificial legs. He can now stand and shuffle walk. He is gaining strength to stand, which you lose if you are unable to stand for such a long period. I am about 1400 miles away from him but in a few weeks I am going out to see him. I will send pictures.”

“OasisSpace is an excellent vendor for medical supply. I love the knee roller. My only TWO ISSUES are: 1) The brake handle is available for the right side only and can’t be switched to the left. 2) The handles are 6”-8” too narrow to maximize handling anywhere.”

“Arrived sooner than expected. Very happy about that. Easy to put together. Rolls easily. It even fits in my doorways and hallway. Then only thing I have a issue with. Is it is very big and bulky. It doesn't fit in my car very well to take it with me.”

“The device came as scheduled. However upon unpacking there was no previous details no pumping up of tires. Had to go find a sports goods store and spend $25 bucks to pump up tires. Update instructions.”

“I ordered a product from OasisSpace. The order was filled and shipped quickly and arrived as scheduled. When I opened the box to assemble the item I found one of the connecting pieces was missing. The assembly went well and I made a part for the missing piece. I contacted OasisSpace customer service by email. They responded quickly and said they would send a replacement part ASAP. They did and I got it a couple of days later. I replaced my homemade part with the correct factory part and the item works well and is doing what we intended. OasisSpace handled every aspect of this transaction very well and I will definitely patronize them again.”

“When delivered, the rollator wheels are turned out of position so the device will fit into the box. To get each of the wheels into position, you need to push a red button and turn the wheel. On the first wheel, it was extremely difficult to push the button but the wheel finally got into place. On the second wheel, the red button would not engage and the wheel could not be turned into the proper position. So the rollator is useless and can't even stand up straight. I've used other rollator brands that did not have this difficulty at all. Cannot recommend the OasisSpace rollator at all. Customer service is very poor.”
