“The order arrived at our home with a damaged package and broken Upright Walker. Please contact FedEx and make arrangements for them to pick up this piece of junk. If this is in fact Heavy Duty, I would hate to see the cheaper ones. I have put a hold on payment to your company until this mess is taken care of. I would appreciate it if you would replace the Heavy Duty Bariatric Upright Walker, same price, free shipping, and soon. I need the upright walker to get around. I tried to add photos of the damaged package, but was unable to.”

“Best chair sturdy great color to make sure it stays clean roles very well very roomy soft but sturdy cushion I would recommend this highly I just wish they had one that was foldable I would buy another one I use it every day”

“The item I purchased took way too long to get to me. Even though it was free shipping I would have rather paid and got it quicker than wait and get it for free and a much longer time frame. When I contacted customer service to let them know I was not happy they did not care and showed a very blase attitude towards me. I will be sure to make sure no one I know shops with this company.”

“This walker is Tough! Pros - Sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to use, relatively comfortable, Very adjustable, easy on my wrists and back Cons - No assembly instructions ( Honestly didnt need them except for the 2 knobs that i figured out), not for smaller people (im 5'10 and 350lbs its a great fit), would like a little thicker tires, or a way to buy replacement parts / upgrades, seat could be a little thicker Ive had this for about a week, had it put together and walking in about 30 minutes total (while taking my time and drinking coffee). very smooth rolling, much easier on my wrists and shoulders and back that the "standard" type walker. So far i would HIGHLY recommend this if you are big and tall... or just big... LOVE it! (I will update this if anything changes my mind)”

“I like the style the problem I'm having is with my wheels the front ones are constantly sticking and the back ones are rubbing against the springs for my break that's the disappointing part trouble getting it to roll the wheels aren't working right”

“I had a fantastic experience with my first OasisSpace on a cruise in April. On the last day of the cruise, the front wheel bent and made the OasisSpace pull to one side. I sent pictures and asked how I could fix the bent wheel, but have never received any communication from OasisSpace. While the product is great when working properly, customer service for problems is very poor.”

“I have never, ever, seen such a poor return policy from any company. Most seem quite accommodating in their policies. Sorry I don't know anyone in need fof your products so that I can provide them with advice. Had I bought this from a resale agent I'm quite certain they would have provided a return shipping label and credited my account as soon as it was received.”

“Very good. I feel that this is helping me walk better. No more humped over a walker like when using the shorter / smaller walkers. Suggestion - update the manual to be more descriptive in the assembly process. MORE detailed photos ! I had some parts left over ????? I had to watch YOUTUBE videos of the completed assembled unit to determine what was the proper assembled configuration.”

“Love my upright walker. Need to be mobile to gain strength back after major surgery. Now I don't have to worry about falling or being off balance when speed walking my way back to being stronger. It has helped me feel safe in my independence.”

“Mom went to a nursing home and her PT wanted her to have your stand up walker. It makes her very confident when standing and walking. She has so much arthritis in her hand and with the easy grips and breaks it helps. Your stand up walker gives her the freedom needed to continue to stand and walk.”

“I don't think this company knows what bariatric means.. The seat was way too small for me. When I contacted customer service, I received multiple emails of discounts. They did not want to give me a refund. They suggested I donate it or give it away. I explained that I needed a shower chair! I ended up taking a $20 partial refund. My advice is to avoid this company.”

“I received the 400lb bariatric upright walker quickly and found it to be good quality and easy to assemble. I was worried about damage due to the packaging damage (see picture attached). However, I did not see anything damaged. After assembly, my wife determined that it was just too big for her. I immediately took it apart and repackaged it so it would not get damaged. I then sent an email. I expected an answer quickly because you advertise 24/7 customer service and the item needed to be returned within 14 days to get a refund. I finally got a response 2 days later. I knew I would have to pay return shipping. I was encouraged to keep the walker because the shipping would be expensive. It was very expensive to return (almost 1/2 of the price of the walker. I think you could have made the return less costly if you had provided me a shipping label using your account, then deducting that charge from the refund. You obviously have shipping argreements that would have alleviated the cost. The product looked great and well made, just the return process was difficult to swallow.”

“You said that I would get it 3to7 days and I got it in5 days. The only part that I didn't like was the instructions. They are not easy to use you have to guess at a lot of it.”

“Was very happy with the quality of the product, the price, the discretion of the packaging(no embarrassing details on outside of box, i.e. weight limit of product etc). Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Will order from this company in the future if I need anything other medical equipment.”
