“Terrible customer service of months and months of using them. I have repeatedly been ignored and disrespected by all of the staff that I have encountered through the emails and chats. We have taken our business to KneeRover (Much better in every way possible). I do not recommend OasisSpace as a company or any of the OasisSpace products. Zero stars.”

“The package came quickly, in less time than predicted. It did come with a crushed corner and holes in the box, but nothing was damaged and no parts were missing.”

“Easy to assemble with wheel leg assemblies lettered to match upper frame/ handles. No missing parts and all preassembled part fasteners tightened properly. Walker is sturdy and well built. Seat is wide and comfortable. Brakes work well and like park locking feature. Rated 4 stars; long term durability not known yet. Will post one year review.”

“My very sturdy walker arrived swiftly and so well packed that the shipping company's mangling of the box had no notable effect. I have not used it for more than a short walk, given the weather and my work schedule, but so far it seems to be just what I need for the cobblestone streets of French villages. Assembly was very easy, aside from attaching the carry bag. My wife figured out that the hard plastic rings were red herrings and that the fabric loops were the attachments.”

“Received my upright walker on time. OasisSpace needs to write a more comprehensive owners manual. So far, I haven't needed to communicate with the company, other than to purchase the walker on their website.”

“When shopping for a knee scooter I did a lot of research, but I found myself coming back here because of the price and it was very competitive. The quality of the knee scooter is excellent, after using the knee scooter for 4 months continually the pad literally wore out. No problem at all. Contacted support here and they had me a new one within the week. Customer service is about the best I have ever experienced anywhere. From first contact to receiving the replacement part and follow up. Thank you so much and I highly recommend their products, if I ever need anything else I know I can count on them to do it.”

“I bought and replaced 2 of the same thing because I was very gappy with it, until I realized that the left arm wiggles. On both walkers the left arm would not sit in the lower stem and would shift back and forth with a 16th “ inch gap. I AM BALANCE IMPAIRED. and that 16” translated to the arm rest while in motion is not safe for me.”

“Two issues: the front wheels do not track properly. They continually try to pull right or left. It’s difficult to push a chain but easy to pull a chain. I believe the offset is insufficient. The 4 inch adjustment is not enough for me. I’m 5’9 . I could use at least another inch or two. It’s better to have extra height adjustment than not enough.”

“This walker is top heavy so if you aren't careful you will tip forward.I attempted to send it back however the charges to send it back were 66.00.The unit cost 139.99 and Oasis offer me 30.00 refund to just keep it, so i had really no choice but to except the offfer. I will donate the walker, but i would not recommend buying from this venue.”
