I called to discuss options since my fixed tariff is finishing soon. I have been looking at other companies, to see if I could save some money, even though I am very happy with the service Octopus offers me. George was very friendly and helpful with the knowledge he shared with me. I appreciate the time he spent talking me through the different options.

What excellent telephone service I received today and I was given clear concise easy to understand information The customer service representative Kainaat was especially considerate when as an older person it took me a little longer to provide the information she needed and could not have been more helpful and polite I would really like to acknowledge her excellent service manner THANK YOU

Octopus energy are absolutely useless had a broken gas meter since April 2024 and reported then and 1 year later it is still broken. Was assured by Jamie-Leigh who asked me to leave this review that it was being attended to but told by another colleague that they are not doing anything about the broken meter. If I could give 0 stars I would as there is no service here at all!

You sent me a series of questions regarding my meters. As I didnt understand the difference between the FIT meter and a Export meter I was not able to give accurate answers plus I was alarmed when you said my FIT payment would be suspended. It took several emails and calls to your Customer Support before I got the assurance from you that everything was ok. Thankyou

Can't remember the young lady's name who I spoke to at 14.00. What a lovely lady so helpful. I want to fix my energy again and was confused with the different tariffs and she explained it so well. Thank you Octopus.

I have e had a solar system for about 13 years, I decided before. investing in an EV I would have a 10kw battery system installed. when the salesman told me that he had the Octopus Go tarriff and how fair the prices were I rang to and joined your standard rate before being able to switch after 45 days. But was told that tarriff was not available anymore UNLESS I had an EV. many company's offer a split tarriff but I am concerned that your policy has changed and the salesman did not know, he has had the tarriff for many years for his battery system but does not have an EV. Can you help here please.

I spoke to Jay Bradbury at Octopus today and he recommended I change to the fixed tariff that will save me around £40 a month on my gas and electricity bills. He was very helpful.
