Absolutely amazing service today we had an issue with our meter and within a couple of hours that had sent out an engineer to replace it

Needed to speak to Customer Services as my bill had been increased . Spoke to Ben who listened to my concerns , offered his advice & then readjusted my bill accordingly . Just a professional guy who importantly listens .

Spoken to Ben today to resolve a problem with my gas meter in my new property Extremely helpful man, very patient with a pensioner with next to no technology skills Arranged for someone to come and do a meter reading and also install more modern smart meter Highly recommended, Thankyou Ben

I spoke with Sammy COV-15 on the 7th January as we wanted to go back onto Agile Octopus. Sammy was amazing and sorted this right away!. I used to swop suppliers every year however we have been so happy with Octopus and the service we receive - we have stayed with yourselves since 2023! With staff like Sammy - you continue to provide excellent customer service along with great tariffs - thanks!

I spoke to Sammy about replacing our gas meter as we have been told it is time expired. She was very helpful and informative 👏. She sought support for our question on maintenance of solar panels and batteries which was useful. My only issue is with the mechanical voice drop down menu at the start of the enquiry system.
