He provided clear and easy to understand information and followed up all points in emails. Most suppliers across all utilities are awful and this next step where Kai was perfect. Kai arranged a specific time to call me back and on the dot, he called so again, great service and did exactly what he said he would. 10/10 for Kai and well done Octopus in having people like Kai in your organisation.
