“Used Oddbins many times being very grateful to the Customer Service Team, especially Mr. Stefan Vanrensburg, who always acts (per my request) as a personal advisor, choosing excellent wines for my orders by my criteria and his professional knowledge. He always gives me great and interesting suggestions, expedites my orders and helps if any problems with the shipment /delivery. The best service ever, I will gladly continue using Oddbins and particularly Stefan's kind and smart assistance. I can not review particular wines, because the orders are for my son's family, I do not drink wine at all, but the recipients who love good wines are usually happy about choices made by Oddbins/Stefan”

“I was a part-time staff member during my studies in the 90s and proudly wore a T-shirt that said that Oddbins staff were the most knowledgeable in UK wine retail. The fact that the quote was from my brother (Tim Atkin MW) made me pretty much unsackable. I have now lived in Hong Kong for almost 30 years and last week bought a case of red for my dad's 91st birthday. The online experience was seamless and the wine was delivered to Greenwich the next morning. No face-to-face staff interaction involved, just a very well-organised enterprise. Bravo Oddbins.”
