“The tests provided an efficient way to meet all requirements fir returning to the US from the UK. Tests were delivered to our hotel within 24 hours and we received our tests results within 30 minutes of submitting our test data. Will use again without a doubt.”

“Kit dispatched within 24 hours but not received for 72 hours - subsequently not used for the trip they were purchased for. Rapid Tests had no comment saying that we agreed to their T&C’s when we purchased the kit. Rubbish service by a company taking advantage of terrible situation for most. Avoid them.”

“Excellent and easy to use test. I would recommend that you inform the user before they start the test that using the APP is a must. Getting all the steps recorded and in the proper sequence works so much better with the APp”
“We ordered two tests. We had a problem recording the video (using an iPad) with the first test and were unable to submit a video on our first attempt. There is no way of submitting a second recording so unless you get it right first time, your test will be rejected.”
