“Good product but I did pay an extra $5:00 for delivery before 10:30 am, I must have misunderstood as delivery was before 10:30 pm”

Thank you for your feedback Rick. As mentioned in my email, I am sorry that you misunderstood the shipping options. You had selected same-day delivery for gifts purchased before 10:30am. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time as it always is dependent on the volume that the couriers are working with on any given day.

“Gift box order placed and delivery requested three days later. My intent was to celebrate my sisters retirement and birthday. My sister was delighted with the gift box when it eventually was received.”

Gary thank you for your order and feedback. I can see that your gift purchase was set for economy shipping which takes 2-3 working days. Your gift had attempted delivery within this timeframe but there was no one home to sign for it, so a calling card was left to arrange collection or redelivery. I see that your gift was collected from the depot. I am sorry that it would appear that the gift was not able to be received as no one was home has impacted your feedback but am glad that your gift was well received and enjoyed.

““Easter Beer” The gift was very high quality and very much appreciated. The delivery method was not clear. I ordered from another country and expected delivery on the day I nominated but it was done though NZ Post and I had no chance to give authority to leave before the courier collected it.”

You will note in our shipping that all gifts with alcohol require a signature by law. I am sorry that this was not clear but so glad we managed to get the gift delivered quickly.

“Great service. I ordered my Son & Daughter in Law a gift box each for looking after us. We visited them in New Zealand from the Uk. I had updates on the delivery and it arrived on time. I had photos sent to me from my Daughter in law who was very pleased. The packaging was so nice with the ribbon and flowers. I will definitely use oh Goodie again. Thank you so much for the excellent service.”
