If the item goes on sale and jumps back to files price they will refuse to refund your money till you clarify with them. I’m still fighting to get my refund back after filing a claim with them that I dropped and showed proof and they told me to stop contacting them

DONT BUY THEIR GARBAGE. Customer service is USELESS and honestly not worth the price. Sequins will be falling off the first time you wear it. It’s hysterical they’ve had the nerve to call their latest collection “Atelier” and it looks exactly like everything else they’ve done for the same price. You can tell they’re not a real fashion company, it’s just overpriced Boohoo type stuff

Customer Service was amazing! I had ordered a dress through the site with express shipping however I didn't receive a tracking email by the estimated arrival date and I didn't have my order so I went onto their instagram help account and spoke with a lovely woman Emily and she was able to refund my delivery cost and get me my tracking number!! Awesome customer service. Helped me with more than I could have asked, thank you so much!

Lizzy changed my order to express delivery as i thought id already done, after a different Oh Polly member of staff said they couldnt help me

Lauren and Leigh was so helpful when i had trouble with one of my orders on Black Friday and quickly helped me resolve the issue! In general the customer service is amazing, the prices are very fair for the amazing quality and delivery is always fast.

Returns Process - Difficult

Dress didn't look like image. Difficult returns process and they don't do free returns unless you accept store credit. They also charge a restocking fee. You basically get penalised for a return. Will never buy from them again

Their returns portal was then broken meaning it took me longer to return.

I got a refund but I received a charged me the money I was going to get refunded and then they refunded me that charge

Bought two dress, both got delivered together both were too small so raised a returned and only one barcode come through so I packaged together and took to local evei shop and then suddenly a partial refund come through they are claiming they only received the cheaper dress and the dearer dress was never returned.

Fab customer service from Caitlin. I had a fault in an item I ordered from Oh Polly and they gave me 2 options , a discount or a replacement. Impressed, I know they say it does take 24rs for a reply but that is quite a long time to wait especially when you spend a lot of money on an item. Apart from that it’s grand! X
