“Free gift was false advertising, I purchased men’s wear and you gave me a baby hat which was not advertised anywhere. I have it back to the shop assistant and said I am unable to use this as I don’t have a baby and I am buying men’s clothing. Response was very poor so I gave it back in”

“I shopped at the Manly store this week. Had brought all my presents but thanks to the wonderful sales assistants, I brought an extra 6 items for my grandchildren and husband. My husband brought his first pair of Okanuis in the late 70’s We just keep up the tradition with my children and grandchildren Such great clothes and quality is excellent”

“Outstanding service from Leonie @ Burleigh! Leonie helped me navigate the exchange of a gift that I received for a birthday present from a family member whilst travelling OS. When returning to Oz I had missed the 30 day cut-off but Leonie went out of her way to ensure an exchange took place after discussions with management. This is the reason the majority of my wardrobe is Okanui products, great products and service. Thank you, greatly appreciated Craig Sweeny”
