“Always lovely to visit your store. Your staff member is so welcoming and assisted in placing a special order for an item that was not in stock at the Pacific Fair Store. “I am new to Okanui having stumbled on the brand while searching for some swim shorts to take on holiday. I am so glad I did! Had nothing but positive experiences online, in store and interstate! Nothing was a problem and the staff went above and beyond to help . Only trouble is now I am addicted to all things Okanui!!”

“I ordered a coat that was on a pretty big sale. It may have been slightly an impulse by, but the communication, delivery, and product was and is exceptional. I’m incredibly impressed by the quality of the jacket I received, it’s even better in person than in the photo. Overall am so incredibly happy with my purchase in the whole experience. I will be shopping from this company more.”

“I was shopping for some clothes for my 48 year old son and 85 year old partner who both 100% LOVE Okanui gear! I was able to browse the store with the friendly help of your lovely employee, and finally purchased 4 T-shirts and some board shorts. We're home now with some great memories of our stay in Port Douglas as well as our visit to the Okanui outlet!!”

“Highly disappointed in swim bottoms in Poseiden Navy not being available in a bigger size other than a S. They had same issue with tops, but then got more tops in. I am hoping you will have those swim bottoms in larger sizes soon.”
