I purchased a tap and a 1 and 3/4 sink, the tap is fantastic, it looks great and is very nice to use. The sink also looked great when it was first put in but as soon as it was used it started to scratch and has deteriorated with each use. If this was a cheap sink I could accept that but it was a cheap sink. I have since found that this is not an uncommon problem and was told that after about six months it will look better as the scratches will be more uniform and therefore not as noticeable.

Professional Series Single Bowl Sink with Drainer PR1122 - This is the ultimate sink, deep enough to cater for the biggest pots and with the mesh drainer covering the entire bottom of the sink makes this the perfect solution for any kitchen. The only failure is the supplied chopping board that is constructed with glued strips of bamboo, the glues have failed and the board has split. Why produce a world class sink and supply a cheap chopping board, only Oliveri can answer this. This would have been a 5+ rating but the chopping board is a real disappointment.

Toilets look nice, but their flush is beyond useless. I have never used a toilet that requires a flush halfway through wiping just so it doesn’t get clogged - which is 80% of the time. I would never get this type of toilet again.

12 months after fitting an Oliveri under sink water filtration system I attempted to replace the filter cartridge. I live in Perth Western Australia. When it was fitted I was told I could activate the alarm (battery operated led light and sound alarm) for a reminder in 12 months. It didn't work and I suspect the battery was flat before I installed it. I was also told I could easily buy replacement cartridges at Bunnings. Not the case. Bunnings (two stores) said they stopped stocking Bunnings 'years ago'. They recommended Trade Link who told me the same thing and advised me to order online. Trade Link also gave me the phone number for the Oliveri Warehouse (?) in Welshpool WA. I called them and they said they had no suitable cartridges and didn't know when they would have any. They also couldn't recommend anywhere in WA where I may be able to buy one. I don't buy online (don't trust it) but was forced to as the old cartridge had been in place for 12 months. I ordered and received the cartridge in about a week or more. I have since sent an email to Oliveri Customer Service about recycling the old cartridge and have yet to receive a reply several weeks later. Overall my experience with Oliveri is poor and I would not recommend the product to anyone.

Unfortunately the sink does not drain very well and we are often left with water and food particles (that are rinsed off plates) on the bottom of the sink. It means we have to constantly guide the water etc to the drain with a sponge and wipe out the bottom of the sink. I have not had to do this with other sinks before except for when I am actually cleaning the sink. It is a very large sink and we love the size as we can fit big pots and pans in it for cleaning but it is a shame that the drainage isn't on slightly more of an angle.

Took 3 sinks to get it right. First two were cracked. Wrong tap was not what we ordered. We ordered the black tap with brushed stainless steel down the bottom and brushed stainless steel at the end that you pull out. Instead we were sent a grey tap. Didn't realise til it had been put in. Very disappointed as our colour scheme is black and white.

I brought a Oliveri Essentials Pull Out Goose Neck Mixer, once installed we realise to use the cold option you had to push the lever all the way from you to have cold water and to have hot water you pulled the lever towards you. I feel having children use the tap, they would pull the level towards them and have Hot water coming over them.

Really disappointed with the quality of our purchase of the Oliveri ST-BL1564. We found the quality well below our expectations. Furthermore we very disappointed with the lack of help and advice offered with a small repair. Overall I expected more from a well known brand like Oliveri and an expensive product like the ST-BL1564. Probably won’t be buying or recommending the brand. Regards Stan 0426260758

Love the look of the sink and tap but very disappointed in the quality . Scratches so easily .

Hi Joanne, Thank you for reviewing our product. Unfortunately, stainless steel will scratch due to the nature of the material. Over time scratching will become less noticeable as the sink develops its own unique finish. We purchased three Vienna back to walk toilets. WARNING they do NOT flush. Company said they would give us a refund. We are still waiting for that to arrive. Do not purchase these toilets. They’re not fit for purpose. Still waiting for the refund four months later.

Installed 3 Oliveri Naples Toilets in 2020. Unlike the images on their website/brochures, the seats and lid do not cover the porcelain bowl when down (about a 1.5cm gap at the front on each toilet). Customer service at Oliveri advise that this is how the Naples toilet is in their showroom. As a result, the seats are not sturdy and now all rubber spacers/lugs on the underside of the seats are failing (flattened and splitting). Contacted Oliveri to source replacement spacers (since no suitable generic versions exist in plumbing/hardware shops). Oliveri advised that they do not manufacture replacement lugs for their toilet seats (huh?) Their solution - buy 3 new toilet seats. Stay clear of Oliveri Toilets, they are poor quality, mutton dressed up as lamb in my opinion. (We also have issues with the ceramic cistern lids on all 3 toilets, the do not fit properly and constantly move, exposing brown unglazed ceramic).

My toilet keeps clogging up and has almost overflowed. My first thought is that the hole is. Too small. I have just purchased this property and the previous owner had the same problem. I definitely didn’t use too much toilet paper. I don’t know what to do as I’m a bit scared to use it

We have three Vienna toilets installed in our new home. They constantly block up. We don’t put any items apart from waste and bamboo loo paper down them soo it has to be a fault in make. Worst loos we have ever had. Would not recommend.

We have 3 Vienna comfort toilets installed in our new home. We are very disappointed, as the toilets don’t flush properly. I am unblocking the toilets daily, there is always a blocked toilet. I wish I could of give no stars, they are a waste of money.

Purchased a Santorini sink that had a crack in it. They refused to honour the product due to it passing 30 days. Had been safely stored with no damage to the box. There returns department took 20 days to reply which was after numerous attempts to resolve. Very poor quality product and disgusting customer service. Will never purchase from them again.

Toilet will not flush solid waste. Incredibly poor design. Unfortunately we have fitted 3 of these toilets in our new house and will need to remove and replace them with something that functions properly. If there is ANYONE in your household over the age of 10 i highly recommend not purchasing these toilet suites.

Several people in the Lifestyle Resort where I live have the same problem, (won't flush faeces). As they have passed the Australian Standards test!! the developer isn't taking any responsibility for them. We are thinking of a class action against Oliveri.

We purchased 2 Oliveri toilet suites but they won’t flush solid matter! Oliveri will not answer our emails and have not done anything to help us apart from sending a plumber to increase the water flow. That didn’t help either as the toilets are just a very poor design. Extremely disappointed as we purchased many other Oliveri appliances for our home Reno’s.

I bought an Oliveri comfort toilet for the extra height last year when my house was being renovated. Have only just moved in and found the toilet will not flush away bowel movements. I have to use hot water and baking soda to break up the faeces every time. Flushing first after the movement before using toilet paper doesn’t work either. Extremely disappointed! The toilet wasn’t cheap either! What are my options? Am I entitled to a refund so another brand of toilet can be bought that works. I’m wasting too much water every time I do a bowel movement. A satisfactory response and outcome is required or I will have to approach consumer affairs for assistance.
