“We chose Omni Limo to pick us up and drop us off for both flights from the Airport to our hotel. Our flight coming in was over 40 minutes late, but our car and driver were waiting with a smile! It was a relief to have this go smoothly after our flight! The lady was positive, in a good mood (despite the wait and hour - 1 am) and talkative. On our return flight, the gentleman was early, was on the lookout for us and called the minute he saw us come out of the hotel! He was also good natured, talkative, and waited for my mom to say tearful goodbyes at the car! He then patiently waited again as we talked with the window down! We are relieved we went with Omni Limo vs saving a few dollars with a local taxi or uber. It was money well spent!”

“Good luck using their online booking system....takes all your info (including payment info) then can't supply!! But you have to guess the last part or ask the online chat who are very rude!!”

“Omni representative did an excellent job on picking us up at the airport. Driver was waiting, courteous, and assisted with luggage. On return to the airport, the next representative was on time, courteous, and also assisted with luggage. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not working in the limo only the blower, which was unacceptable for Las Vegas.”

“The driver was on time/early for both airport and hotel pickups. Our driver from the airport to our resort was Brian. He was extremely friendly and informative. He offered to drive the strip before dropping us off at our resort giving us the full Vegas feel. He also made sure we had glasses and ice available in the limo. Our return driver, sorry I have forgotten his name, was also very friendly. He was early and phoned to let us know exactly where he was waiting for us. Both drivers took care of all our bags both loading and unloading. The limo rental was a birthday surprise for my wife's best friend and it was a big hit. We could not have been more satisfied with the service we received from Omni Limo. Thank You Very Much!!!”

“I wish there was an option between poor and acceptable. Honestly, we felt rushed, even though we had reserved the limo for an hour and we were only going to the Luxor. I asked if we could take a quick drive up the Strip since it was our friends' first time to Vegas but was told that the driver had another pick up that he had to get to and there wasn't time. It made us feel like the next pick up was more important than us.”

“very friendly drivers and phone operators in the office. BUT the back to the airport driver was late as he was sitting at the wrong hotel due to he did not read his papers correctly, I was at the Hilton flamingo and he was at the regular flamingo. That's why no 5 stars other wise it was excellent. thanks again”
