“Our driver Jarol was great”

“Service very good and still the only I will use. My trip required several changes and the dispatch people handle them, but in some cases I did not receive a new confirmation e-mail. Which I did ask to be sent and had to call in to get it. Also, in two instances I requested a additional I requested a additional guarity for the drivers and that was not done. I addressed it and was told the drivers would receive the addiional grauity. Thou i do not know if this happened.”

“Driver used cell phone as name plate. Cell phone is too small to see name so we proceeded to the baggage claim area & I had to call him to find him. None the less the surprise for my husband was ruined. We also spent a lot of time trying to figure out the Air & controls in limo. Missed a lot of city & driver did not communicate anything.”

“Car was nice and driver was pleasant - I thought we would get good service as I received a call the night before confirming pickup location and time. Gentlemen who callled the day before said we will track joint flight and know when you arrive. Obviously didn’t happen, we land 15 minutes early, get to baggage claim - no driver.... no driver even at the original time we said we would be there. Call and they said we are seven minutes away, got it. After 15 minutes and no driver I called and they said they had a small problem and now sending another car - he is 5 minutes away. Too many limos in Vegas to take a chance on them again.”

“My flight out of Detroit was delayed by 2 hours. I was so happy to know my driver was tracking my flight and was right there waiting for me when I arrived. When I said to him “ I am so glad you are here” his response was “Of course” - PERFECT!! Excellent service!”

“Not my best experience with Omni, after several before. The driver was a bit late, and failed to advise that he was near my house, 10 minutes before my pick up, I called Omni to check on him since I was advised by security he had passed through our gate some 25 minutes before. At the airport, I was dropped at ZERO level, not departures and wasn't exactly sure how to get to check in counters. The are small items, but added stress to a flight departure. As I said, we have used Omni before with great satisfaction. That said, I made my flight and will certainly use Omni again.”

“The limousine had no power in the passenger area, the a/c broken so it was 90 degrees sitting on the black leather seats. There where no lights in the interior also.”

“Great service. The driver was waiting on us at the airport, loaded our luggage and drove us to the Bellagio in a luxurious BMW. Pick up from the hotel was timely in the same BMW and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very professional and Safe drivers.”
