“Erik was awful, for tech savvy person could not get 4 square card reader to work had all kinds of excuses. Only wanted to be paid in cash. If I could have I would like to get my gratuity back because he did not earn a penny.”

“We had a great experience. Our driver arrived on time and was so gracious and wonderful. The only tiny minute complaint i have is that i wish omni would have accommodated an earlier arrival. I spoke with a representative the day before in enough time but said they couldn't make it any earlier. Seeing as i told them that my flight was at 8a and that a 640a pickup wasn't feasible i would have hoped they'd accommodate. Aside from that both drivers were great.”

“Mark E. Was Great, he was our driver from airport to hotel, handled our bags was professional and knowledgeable of the area. Our return trip was ok. Samuel was semi friendly,not rude or anything just not very sociable. Luckily it was a short ride. Overall would use again.”

“Note. This review does not have anything to do with the driver that picked me up on Feb 21, 2017. The driver that picked me up on Feb 18,2017 at the Las Vegas Airport met me in baggage claim and did not offer to carry my bag. Got to the car while in the rain, he did not offer to take my bag and put it in back. I opened my own door, placed the bag in the seat next to me and closed my own door. Very poor service. Oh. Got to the Venetian, same thing, he didn't bother getting out of the car. At least cab drivers take your bags. Had I not prepaid a return trip to the airport, I would have used a different service.”

“We used Omni Limousine for Airport pick-up and drop-off while in Las Vegas. Both drivers were very courteous, excellent drivers and the cars were clean and well appointed. A great value for the dollars spent.”

“This was the first time I hired a car (instead of using a taxi) while in Vegas and I will be sure to be doing it in the future. Each driver I had was professional, courteous and friendly. I felt very safe and treated like a princess. Thank you very much for the enjoyable rides.....”

“Booked. Was met in airport, provided assistance with bag and driven to hotel professionally. Return trip included a timely pickup, efficient and polite drive to the airport. Will definitely do this again -- worth the premium over a random Vegas taxi-cab.”

“I pre-booked my ride a month in advance and was very happy all around. We had the van that seats 10 pick us up for a concert and drop us off after. The driver was there exactly on time, service was very good. On the way back some of the lady's with us wanted loud music and the driver went right along with it. The only issue we had was the van was a bit rough at high speed but other then that everything was great. I will definetly us Omni nest time i'm in Vegas”

“We had a great experience. Made the reservations online- had the wrong address in...after a quick phone call we were able to change it no problem. Drivers called when they were at the location. Cars were nice and clean and we felt like we were arriving in style ! Would def recommend or use again for our next trip to Vegas!”
