“I am on my second or maybe third blender. Used daily in a busy restaurant. Running for 20 years My recent interaction with Omni Blenders was brilliant as has the previous interactions. A part had broken and we took it in and were seen to immediately and the repair was done as I waited for a very reasonable price”

“Omniblend offers excellent service. I made an error in my order (I did not notice that I had not specified the correct serial number for my blender) but Omniblend (Elisabeth) immediately offered a solution and the correct parts are already on their way. Thank you Omniblend! I use my machine on a DAILY basis and it works like a dream. It is one of my favorite appliances in my kitchen.”

“I was unfortunate to have bought a 2nd hand blender as part of a franchise agreement. I didnt know it was used. Twice I have had to replace the parts that make it turn and both times the knowledge of the staff and the efficient service impressed me. If all companies in SA would deliver such good service the economy would be one of the best in the world.”

“Great product and the after-sales service is impeccable. I bought my blender 5years ago and only recently had to change a part due to normal wear and tear. The team at Omniblend was super helpful and changed the part in no time. If you thinking of buying one of their products, just do it! You won't regret it.”
