“I have dealt with OmniBlend on multiple occasions, and can never find fault in their quick, efficient and friendly service. Their blenders are very durable and cost effective, and I really like the fact that if a part gets worn out, you don't have to replace the entire blender, you can only get the piece required.”

“Put our JTC V through its paces yesterday and it handled very well. Only small compliant (hence loosing a *) was that it is rather noisy. Used to our Hamilton Beach Commercial blender which is a lot quieter. But value for money the JTC can’t be beaten.”

“Delivery excellent! It's not a Vitamix (marginally "less solid" feeling) but really is close enough (and at the price I'm glad I didn't pay for a new vitamix -- the one I had being reappropriated). I've only had the Omniblend a few months so longevity and service still to be confirmed, but the blender is great, very powerful -- in fact my main issue with it is that I can't put it on a low enough speed for "gentle mixing"!”
