“Well I paid on the website $29 on handling fees on international orders, than I paid $97.03 to have the package ship internationally, and than I was hit with $155 import charges. Totally blew any savings using them out of the water.”

“Very poor. Goods were promised and installation was planned around this date. Omnical did not inform me the goods were delayed until the day they were due, and this was after I called to find out the whereabouts of the products. This meant having to rearrange contractors at a cost to the company. Not acceptable.”
