“Decent for the price (when on offer), but the course had quite a few grammatical and language mistakes in it which made it difficult to understand at times. Additionally, the certificate does not recognise the award as a diploma, and I was told this cannot be changed, even though I explicitly chose the course because it was a diploma. Despite receiving a distinction, my grade on my profile says "0/100", which makes me wonder whether anyone actually marked my assignment or if distinctions are readily handed it. So overall, although I did learn a bit from the course and found parts interesting, I would recommend other course providers instead of one education.”

“The course content was disappointingly basic. I was expecting more detailed information on the day-to-day role of and knowledge and training required to become a Paediatric Nurse. Also, charging £24 (twice the cost of the course) for a PDF certificate is ridiculous!”

“This course is not recommended for beginners, the author assumes previous knowledge from the student and start to talk directly about how to use the tools and strategies, which does not make sense if you are learning at a beginners level. Additionally, he mentioned that if we do not have the knowledge about the subject he is explaining, then we can check his other course and buy them where he explain in detail the concept. I believe this approach is not honest, as I though this course will show me the foundation theory and understanding of the main concepts before I start to apply them. I am disappointed. The course is probably good but not excellent, for people with already experience in the field.”

“The course is good, however the price has been blown way out of proportion. I’ve found the same course, no difference between the 2 on another site and it’s worth £50, on here it’s £425. I’m a little confused as the other website offers more functions. Although this course was bought using Wowcher at a heavy discount, this course should never be advertised with the well inflated price tag.”

“Very basic course with a monotone video platform. some good content included but struggled to stay interested. Also disappointingly note that anybody doing this course will not be provided with the course material for future reference due to it 'being copyright'.”

“I am trying to continue my course and have tried since yesterday and won't let me continue comes up with error . Its says I have two weeks to complete the course so I don't want to be charged because I can't make deadline because I can't get on. I emailed and nobody has bothered to reply to me. When will this be fixed? I can log on but when I hit the button to continue my course I get thrown out.”

“Web Site not Supporting. Certificate cant see again course details also not updated time to time. some time sound disappears. course material problem as its not in pdf format. No specific UK specification on certificate. Certificate seen miss print fonts and clarity. No certificate sent to emails.”

“The vehicle mechanic bundle course is really poor. The contents are too American for UK customers, spelling mistakes, dead link to supporting video material, and even one of the exam questions has a word wrong in it. It was really too simple in content, and provides some advice which applied to modern vehicles would be damaging and dangerous - i.e. coolant mixture should be 50:50 with distilled water - most modern car systems use ethylene glycol with an organic additive in them. Add water to these systems you will wreck them. The truck module duplicates much of the previous material just in different words and is very non-UK in terminology. This course comes from a British provider, so why spell Tyres, "tires". seems really lazy and poor standards to me. sorry, disappointed.”

“Interesting enough but by the time I did it (January 2021) a lot of it was out of date. Don't be fooled by the free price tag, a PDF certificate is £9, a tad extreme I felt for an out of date course.”

“Completed the assignment, emailed it out and received a reply to say it would be reviewed and they would get back to me but still 2 months later nothing! So what a waste of my time typing that up cause I could of got my certificate with out even doing the assignment. Plus £39 for a TQUK certificate! What a joke! P.S I did the eyelash extensions course and there is no video content at all and no practical For me to do too! Just a test and assignment (which was a waste of time doing)”

“I was disappointed in the Complete Massage Therapist Diploma course. I was expecting to learn about how to give a massage and to have practical examples that would allow me to learn the correct techniques to perform a whole sequence (head to toe). It was all theory that told me about the different types of massage that are out there. When it came to the exam there were questions on it that weren't even covered in the course. I thought that I had missed out on some reading but couldn't find the answer to the questions anywhere in the provided reading material. I could have got a book from the library on massage as this course gives you no more information or advantage. There is no way I would be able to give a massage professionally after taking this course. Sadly I have learned nothing about how to do that. I am relieved that I didn't pay £429.99 for this course.”

“I have started Level 3 Vocational Achievement(CAVA)Assessor Award course. I was just try to submit my assessment when I saw I have to pay £390 for the the assessment plus extra for the certificate and extra I pay to sign in for this course without tutor or life lessons. I am not happy with the fees which are going up every time I submit an assessment.”

“I undertook the Xero and Quickbooks Accounting Course in preparation for tax digital next year as I'm a sole trader. I found both the courses, one from 2015 and the other from 2017 to be out of date with both platforms being targeted, which made learning difficult. The quality of the tutoring was not brilliant and the teacher at times did not know which areas to click on which made things confusing. The presentation skills of the tutor was drab and boring and I feel you needed to have had some knowledge of QB or Xero before attempting this course. I had none and there was little explanation as to how they worked at the start of the course. I would not of wanted to have paid £425 for this course! All I can say is I now have a little knowledge but I have come away from this course disappointed.”

“The Medical Secretary Diploma Course is not interactive at all as each module is all written into one page paragraphs, there are no audios nor any interactive video content which makes it kind of dull and less remarkable. This course was also the complete duplicate of another provider i had purchased it from which was very disappointing. I'm afraid it doesn't reflect the full requested price, I luckily purchased it on sale on Black Friday. I wouldn't say it gives you a full exhaustive knowledge in hand as jobs like these requests the full AMSPAR diploma and valid experience which takes 3 years, this course can take an up to an hour or 2 to complete in your spare time.”
