Overall good content, however I'm surprised that this quality of (filming) has been used to produce a Course. The filming was not very good; eg for one of the sections (the Bonus part of the course), the camera was pointing at the demonstrator's legs and shoes almost the whole time, even though quite a lot of important points were being covered. Thus those watching the video were prevented from seeing what exactly she was referring to each time, and points to note; we never saw her hands. This video should have been previewed by the Course providers, and noticed, then re-filmed, before it was uploaded by the One Education platform, otherwise, people are getting less benefit from the video than what they paid for. Please could you do something about this.

Took course for autism in early childhood was really hard to follow I have ADHD and they person in the videos wasn't speaking very clear it was hard to understand him and take in the information at the same time

I completed the Diploma in Supply Chain, Purchasing and Procurement course, the information in the course was very detailed and easy to follow and the end of module questions were helpful, however I feel that the end of module and mock questions should be relevant to the main exam as these differed quite greatly meaning I failed the main exam, also One Education need to address a lot of technical issues they have with the site/courses for example I passed my mock exam with high marks but failed the main exam, I paid to retake the main exam but each time I went to select the retake option I kept being redirected to pay again even though I had already paid and it took technical support 2 weeks to resolve the issue, I took the mock exam again and got 100/100 but when I came to take the main exam I passed with 88/100 however the system said I didn't attempt 3 questions, I can assure you these questions were answered I also went thorugh each question after answering each one to check and I sent Support screenshots of the issue and that I could see I had answered those 3 questions correctly the system just didn't register them for some reason, even though I passed I should have got 100/100 in the main exam and this issue was never resolved meaning I had to accept I got 88/100

I recently completed the course in Proofreading and Copyediting. Most of the material was instructive, however, there were some problems with it. For instance, it is outdated, some of the links produce error pages, the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading was referred to by an old title, there were some typos and misused words (I found that kind of funny).he first question in the Module 9 test was missing information. It asks you to look at 'these cases' and answer relating to them...but there are no 'cases' to look at. I guessed blindly at the answer (I guessed wrong so was marked down). The course also prompted me to apply for a certificate when I had finished the multiple choice assignments but before I'd submitted my written assignment. I thought that was nice, so I applied for a certificate and continued with the written assignment. I received the certificate and finished my assignment. However, when I went to submit the assignment, the site prompted me to apply for another certificate and would not simply let me upload the assignment. So I've spent 2 days working on an assignment I can't submit unless I pay for another certificate. I wouldn't have applied for the certificate early if I'd known I'd not be able to submit the rest of my work. Overall, the course needs to be updated and the odd certificate/assignment loophole thing remedied.

The customer service needs to be upgraded as i have been trying to get InTouch with a customer service member all day yesterday by phone call no answer from your end, and i have have a concerned written via email i will get reply the next day without much explanation

My main problem with the course is the auto-narrative of the slides, the speaking is therefore not a fluent flow and therefore sounds strange in some places, for a gramma course this is a bit contradictory. A real person should be reading the slides like in the Pronunciation course which was must clearer.

The customer service is excellent - they reply immediately and try to keep you happy. Be aware though that although the course is very economical and should remain so, the issuing of the certificate at the end has an extra cost and the electronic certificate will not print to standard UK A4 paper so you really require a hard copy to be sent which as an extra cost, so there are many little added hidden costs which can all add up in the end. The course will not teach you how to teach English to students but there is a lot of language theory and various teaching methods all passed over quite briefly which is all for the best as you just need the certificate to teach.

There was some good information given within the course, however, I thought that the course would be more interactive providing you with exercises to try. I also was very disappointed to learn at the end of the course that you would need to purchase your certificate. It did give some good tips. Although the trainer tried to entice you into purchasing his other course, which may have been more beneficial if you were able to access this directly from the effective communication course.

After requesting via the Info email address and Helpdesk for the IT problems to be resolved following previous non-feedback, the problems were rectified and I was able to complete the course satisfactory. By way of apology after my last review they also gave me a free PDF certificate to confirm my passing of the course due to the clunky IT problems. Assignment 7 and the reading were the most helpful aspects of the course I found personally.

I took the hospitality revenue management course. completed it over a week. it was very good overall. only disappointment I have is receiving my certificate. it states we have a 24 hour period to at least receive the pdf version, which I am still waiting for a week and a half. Considering I paid more for the certificate than the actual course, it pretty disappointing. I have even sent multiple emails and am yet to here from anyone.

The price was excellent but I had problems loading units, incorrect marks given, incorrect headings to topics and I cannot seem to purchase my certificate because I was given an invalid code. Contents were informative but frustrating process.

I have just started the Property Development Diploma and completed Module 1. So far so good in terms of general information learned. However, there is a "404 Not Found" Error when I tried to get onto Module 2 (Module 3 is doing the same). I thought my experience WAS great, until i got these errors. Very frustrating when as all I want to do is move forward with the course.

I'm currently enrolled on the after effect and premier pro video editing course. Content is great but the quality is poor. I can only view the videos in 360p making it incredibly hard to follow along with.
