Paid for a course which wasn't available and have been offered lesser courses. I also paid for a lifetime course which i still haven't been given access too

I finished the course communication skill in health and social care ,had 100 score ,paid for the certificate and it was never issued,i have been sending mails for my certificate to no avail.

I'm very disappointed with one Education, I am supposed to get access of this course up to one full year but can't even trace it dashboard. I purchased it July and I was only left with writing the assignment before I finished but couldn't find it anymore. Please may someone help me know if I can still have access to it and finish the assignment.

Reviews seem to be for the whole site, not for specific courses; it's confusing. A+ IT course I took was blatantly out of date, they had a practice quiz saying that the newest version of Android was 5+ years old, the course is also not based on exam objectives and combines both tests, making it impossible to study for just one. This completely shattered my trust in the course, so I stopped and used a much better free course with "Professor Messer"

Took a course , did the final exam , got 76/100 and was told I failed and had to pay to retake exam. Paid and retoke exam ,got a score of 100/100 and was again told I failed and needed to pay to retake exam . In my opinion a scam .

They are looting money from our account without our authorization after sun subscription of account. Two times my money has lost and no actions from their side yet. Really unprofessional team. Dont trust them.

I finished a course and ordered my certificate. Got an e-mail to say that I hadn't done the exam, there wasn't an exam on the course! I doubt I will get the certificate. I would avoid using this course provider it isn't very good.

I used to love it ,now I im having problems...I finished my exam , and I clicked on finish exam. The page was loading for ages and sadly show on thd screen, "you didn't pass your test " but the site didn't get my results. And we don't have on-line chat anymore. Use to be good to solve the problems. Sad, not happy

I did a lash course in 2020. Still not received any certificate even though I paid for it. Also it has been take off my account too so there is no proof it was done. I’ve tried getting in contact with several emails and not had one response. The amount of time it takes for the course to be completed it’s really disheartening to receive no qualification at the end of it.

Sports Therapy course Level 5, I registered now I want to subject my assignment to which they are refusing as its not word text font size cover page specified as to how they want it, the course clearly states NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but you have to be an IT Whiz in order to subject the document according to their standard. I was told that in order to gain the certificate you don't even need to submit an assignment just request the certificate and you get one which is nonsense, the purpose of me submitting the assignment is for me to understand my weakness. Slow customer services that don't read a short email of one or two lines how will they manages with me who had purchased 11 courses from them which I will be getting a refund soon on.

Moreover, like many other courses, certain guidelines must be followed to complete the assignments. You can use MS Word, Google Docs, etc., to complete the assignment. They didn’t let me do my exam and course expired before 11/21 I had to renew my course twice and couldn’t get in touch with them to change my email adress Not recommended at all I never been able to do my mock tests and I asked them few times no actions were made Awful

I registerd through the "get 7 days for free" link and I,ve been charged immediately with 1 year subscription fee. In exchange I didn't have access to any learning materials. I was aking for refund but they are not willing refund me. 100% scam. The payment site misleadingly mention that for the 7 days free access need to provide paypal account or bank details but I will not be charged. This is not true, they will charge immediately. It is written that I accept the term of use by clicking the "the get 12 month access"link. There is no link to the terms of use. Another undisputed sign of scam. If you don't want lose your money don't try to subscribe. Find any college or university which provide a proper course.

Avoid Electronic & Electrical devices maintenance & trouble shooting, very amateurish, poor grammar spelling mistakes and pronunciation. Looks like a YouTube video someone knocked together at home in their spare time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.I went trough CAD Designer training course and it's all PPT slides.Maybe it's just me but or my expectations was high..at least a short movie in CAD how to use lines for example or polygons,polylines..You can find much better videos in CAD ( they are doing videos in CAD so you can see how to acces and draw a polyline )on YouTube for free

This is rubbish. Just a collection of articles with a robot voice reader. It was advertised as a 340 hour course at Level 5. This says it is Level 3, but I would say it is level 1.
