They pull you in with a £25 course, tell you that your pdf certificate is £9, but don't tell you you have to pay actually £10.99 Plus VAT which includes transcript they make it out that it's a gift to you it's actually a percentage off which they charge you at the same time you buy the course so £25 + £10.99 Plus the VAT ends up over £40 before you start. It's all Hidden fees with this provider. I've seen plenty of courses just as good as this one for far less and those providers tell you the truth upfront about all fees and don't try to sting you at the end you know about everything from the outset. If a company has to pulse dance like this that really not worth considering. And I think I've been seriously considering us for a week and then to go to pay and find out that they withheld information and put some other information in a way that doesn't make it clear upfront it's disgusting and it makes me not trust them at all. I've already found another course with the provider make sure we know all costs at the front. And no one pays for a certificate before you finish and pass any course! It’s absolutely ridiculous to take payment for a certificate before we have even signed in to start the course! We could fail miserably and then end up fighting to get our money back for the certificate which of course we won't get back because that's how the company works. Don't bother with companies that do this seriously not worth it! Of course the company is likely to reply to this comment trying to twist it back in their favour.

We clearly state all fees (mentioning that the fees exclude VAT) on the course page either you buy it on our website or from a third-party reseller. Please note, you can remove the certificate from your cart during check out if you want to purchase it later. We offer the certificates at a discounted price if it is purchased in conjunction with the course and we found 95% of our learners are purchasing it with the course as this is a good deal for them. Seriously out of date! This information is 6 years old, which is a very long time, with how rapidly social media platforms change. When setting up pages, they are different processes to what there was 6 years ago. One section is about Google+, which shut down over 2 years ago!!

Complete useless course content. Course contents are very basic seem like copied from the internet and content developed by nonprofessionals. Don't be a loser purchasing one education course. It's not even worth a single pound. Complete garbage. Waste of time & money.

Awful course - technically, faults occur on each stage and now I cannot enter the course at all. When you contact the help desk, you get someone contacting you about a week later and then they say they will come back to you but don't - my message would be, One Education have an awful technical team and the course has some useful information, but is just a basic overview. The Free ones on Open University are just as good

Creative Writing Complete Course Six weeks ago, I contacted One Education enquiring how to get hold of the 'free downloads' mentioned on the online platform - they still haven't resolved this and I'm still none the wiser. I'm now unable to continue with the course. Apparently there is also access to a tutor from Mon - Fri, this also isn't true. The constant 90% discounts on courses is a dead give away to the quality of these courses - don't waste your money, you can get more, up to date learning knowledge online and the CPD cert will not help you get a job - that statement is laughable.

Their courses are of very poor quality and are not accredited. Particularly the Mental Health Awareness Course is very outdated.

In terms of accreditation, we have clearly stated on the course page that the course is not Ofqual regulated, rather, it's endorsed by ABC Awards and you have the options to choose either the ABC endorsed certificate or the CPD certificate after completing the course. Still waiting on a refund and reply on my course for certificate I think it's disappointing the way I've been treated. Thinking I've done a course I watched all the videos found them helpful But only to find I had yet to pay £129 for my certificate I think it's wrong when I payed 14 pounds for the course. Sorry not for me bloody wrong

I paid for the Aromatherapy and Essential Oil for Beginners Course along with a PDF Certificate. On Completion of the course you are instructed to upload 2 assessments which I attempted to do, however I was unable to complete the course until I paid for a further PDF Certificate which I had already previously purchased. I brought this to the attention of One Education at the end of Dec 20 and this is now 9th Feb 21 and after many emails, voicemails and various other means of getting in touch with One Education, I have heard nothing back from them. I have completed my course and have no certificate to show for this, therefore I have paid for a course and certificate as well as my time with nothing to show for this. This is a very unprofessional and untrustworthy Company and I will not be recommending ANY courses to friends or family as I would not like them to be conned the same way I was.

I ordered for my certificate on January 26. I need my certificate before february 6th for my job relating procedures. I mailed many times and they replied that we will try to get back to you within 72 hours. Everyday they are saying that we will get back to you within 72 hours. but I didn't get any information from their side yet.
