i realy upset i can't use the website because after i signed in i cant use as they keep sending offer and stuck the screen doent move at all ohhh honestly do not use this ... i paid but they removed the course i asked them but they are useles, and

Initial took course Sage 50 Accounting and Payroll v23 course in January 2020. Did course even though they added new versions of Sage 50 (v25). Did all the modules but when I was about to do the Mock Exam the course disappeared from my account. I sent a complaint via online chat was told it would be rectified in a week or so. Over a month later it wasn't resolved. I complain again on chat and was informed had problems with that course and they put another Sage 50 Account course on my account dashboard but this is totally different to what I initially signed up for and spent 7 months during that course. They now seem to want me to redo the course again even though I had already spent 7 months during the previous course. I sent a formal complaint form over 3 weeks ago (now 7 Aug 2020) and heard nothing back from them. I feel that I have no guarantee that I would be able to take the final exam. If it was possible I would give only half a star but only a full star is possible to select. I am totally dissatisfied with One Education for their lack of support and I won't be recommending this to anyone.

Having completed the online ‘soap making business diploma’ I feel compelled to write a review to warn people that this course completely fails to cover any details whatsoever on the legal and regulatory aspects of selling ‘cosmetics’, i.e. any products that come into contact with the skin, including soap. Learning how to obtain a CPSR (cosmetic product safety report) and the importance of maintaining a PIF (product information file) should at the very least be mentioned given that these are legal requirements for any soaps that are going to be sold! The omission of this information in what portrays itself as a course on how to set up a business making and selling soaps is absolutely shocking and completely irresponsible. The course content also has an irritatingly high number of copy errors - has nobody bothered to proof-read the material? When I paid £9 for this on Wowcher I didn’t actually believe that the course would be worth the ‘non-sale’ price of £425.... but I’m struggling to even find £9 worth of value here as with minimal research and effort you can find better-written content on various blogs and soap-making websites, including the very important information on obtaining CPSRs.

Horrific experience. The website is flaky. The link for the mock exam throws you into the real exam, so you burn that chance. Then they try to sell you a retake. You can pay for it, but it never arrives. I had to open a case as PayPal. Avoid - seriously bad experience.

Once I finished reading all the study material of "English: Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar" I stated the course as complete, even before to submit my assignments. Stright then I received my certificate and an email telling me that my vote was 100/100. How that's possible? Because this course it's just a useless certification and nobody is gonna correct our assignments. Because once you gonna submit your assignment you can decide if you want a PDF certification at the prize of 9£ or a hard copy at the prize of 15£, which make this another way to steal our money, if we considering 425£ for the whole course.

Absolutely terrible. Paid over £400 for a Building Surveyor Training course, to only be given a PowerPoint with content copied EXACTLY from Peter Glover's Building Surveys (a book worth £25 off of Amazon). Absolute rip-off.

One Education is selling my stolen original video content. When I asked them to remove it, they promised they would - but instead, they just changed the title of the course, keeping my stolen content in the exact same place and order in the curriculum as the previous course. When I contacted them a second time, presenting them with screenshots as proof, they again promised they would take down the course, and again they have not — all they did was re-label the course as "Private." Oh, and I did mention that in the stolen content I'm referring to, I personally appear on camera to demonstrate the hands-on skills of the lessons? Did I mention that all of these videos are available to the entire world to view for free on my YouTube channel, yet One Education is charging you £425 for it? Do not give your hard-earned money to these scammers!

This course is delivered very poorly. I mistakenly click on the submit but after only completely 3 questions of the quiz, the site is not allowing take a retake despite paying for the retake up to 4 times. I am also yet to be refunded for the retakes that has been mistakenly ordered.

Although the course content was good I was really annoyed at having to pay for a certificate. I volunteer for a charity and was only taking the food hygiene course so that I'm able to prepare food for the children who access our facility

When I was buying this course, it said that the pdf certificate is included (I paid for it in addition to the course) and now that I finished my course, I am being charged 18£.

The Eyelash Course was not as I would have expected. Lots of theory and NO video tutorials or images for practicals. No practical assessments. I was expecting to do case studies. This course says a year duration. I finished it in a week. Just theory based exam. I would not want to be let loose on humans with this knowledge. Practical experience and assessing is vital for practical jobs.

The course is advertised incorrectly, it says we have multiple choice assessment which is incorrect, there is no assessment so you get a certificate for doing nothing. The videos are all jumbled up and are not in the right places and you are not provided with any of the online study materials it says you should get.
