I wouldn't recommend anyone to one education,I'm so dissapointed with the service.After writing the final exam on the 9th of May i paid for a hard copy and pdf certificate £20,but only to get a pdf certificate for a course which i didn't do Lasher and Tint,i made them aware of the mistake the very day i recieved the pdf 15/05/2020 and the promised within 3 to 9 working days i would recieve my certificate.And today is 12 June i still haven't recieved the certificate after making several attempts to call the phone is never picked,wrote emails no response,i made a live chat with one of your agents on 10/06/20 and i was promised i will get the pdf the very day and the hard copy later...im still waiting.

do not buy from this company you have to pay for your course then for your certificate separately. disgraceful . £9 just for an online copy of your certificate. so its cheaper else where I wont be doing anymore courses here like planned

Xero accounting & bookkeeping: Out of date, confusing & unprofessional. Lack of understanding of Xero & basic bookkeeping, literally made me laugh out loud, especially liked the bank reconciliation task, hilarious. The tutor was making things up as she went along and if she couldn't do the task she skipped over it. Save your money, get the 30 day free Xero trial, use the demo and teach yourself.

So pleased that I only spent £11 on this course, and even at this price I feel ripped off. The tutor keeps going wrong with her teaching and I found myself screams at the screen to correct her! Didn't learn anything and extremely out of date as is all in 2017. Xero has updated a lot over this time.

Glad I only paid £12 The tutor made lots of mistakes and had to sit and listen whalist she tried to work out what she’d done wrong. Also very out dated, all the dates were 2017, could not do some of the course due to the date issue, like the journal entries and payroll. Really not worth even £12

Boring, boring, boring. The robotic voice has a strange accent and in places pronounces the words wrong. The modules have many grammatic and spelling mistakes and some details such as diagrams are missing or on the screen for a split second before moving on to the next page. The sentence stress in some cases are in the wrong place and in some cases are not eve there. When you consider that this is a TEFL course, that is quite ironic. Some of the information has been plagiarised form other sources. I feel ripped off. I am not expecting this review to show on the main page, only 5 star reviews appear there. One Education even cheat on the reviews.

Boring, Boring, Boring. The interesting idea of using a robotic voice with a strange accent was not good. Some of the information has been plagiarised from other sources. The modules are full of grammatic and spelling mistakes. This was quite ironic when you consider that this was a TEFL course. I only paid £14 for this course but even that was wasted money. When you sit the final "real" exam it is completely different from the three mock exams that you take. I am not expecting this review to be shown. The only reviews that are shown are the 5 star reviews. One Education even cheat on the reviews.

Waste of money. Course content very poor - disjointed, repetitious, out of date and much of the course irrelevant. To add insult to injury you have to pay extra even for a basic PDF certificate. Shame I couldn't give less that one star.

I took the Instagram marketing course and it is so outdated !! The "taacher" looks as though hes in his pyjamas whilst filming, he shows you how to upload a photo. Ridiculous that you would charge people for this

The Teaching Assistant Speech and Language and SEN course had some interesting and useful information, but a lot of it was applicable to US more than UK, there was a lot of copy and pasting and repetition in the text and the mock and final exam questions sometimes just did not make sense..... eg a multiple choice question about a child's condition that did not state which condition the question was about? I will not be paying £18 for a certificate.

I am totally surprise there are so many good reviews, this course is terrible. The link to the trial Xero software does not match the demo on the course , it only lasts for one month and the course access is for a year. The tutor really has no idea at times what she is talking about and seems to just bumble away from one point to the next. Total and utter waste of money. Xero wouldn't be impressed at all.

they said no hidden fee they made me pay 70 pounds total first they make me pay 55 pounds for certificate then send me a mail saying I have to pay additional 10 pounds plus 4,95 for a pdf copy. plus I paid 20 pounds for the course. daylight robbery.i am gonna complaint to watchdog uk.

The Paediatric First Aid course was dreadful. Clearly all copied from an American website as half of it was not relevant to the UK. Also disgusted at having to pay for the certificate at the end of the course, despite being told that there were 'no hidden fees'.

Not the first time I bough ‘an expensive’ course. Help desk isn’t so helpful - standard excuses. In general I’m not so happy with the process - very unreasonably slowly with lack of co-operation and motivation. It seams to me that you need constantly to push them to work otherwise they will just do nothing except ignorance. Really upsetting. I think they have lost my loyalty and trust. So, my personal experience isn’t good as I hoped. I expected at least normal service and interest to keep me as a client.
