“I completed the Xero Accounting and Bookkeeping Online course. It was easy to follow and I learnt new things. However, I feel the course demo needs to be updated due to the fact that Xero has updated their site since 2017 and the content was at times different from the one the tutor was using.”

“I was happy with the course but could not understand why I paid £9.99 for my first certificate and now my second certificate is requesting £26. I have 3 more courses to complete and under the current financial contraints caused by COVID19; there is no way I can afford £26 for each certificate! My question is why???”

“The course was very informative; however the administrative part is very poor as you are not able to pay and download certificate or at least not yet despite paying for this.”

“The Excel Bundle course is useful for learning about the interface and the different commands, options, etc. I liked the fact there were activities for each section. However, I was not impressed by the VBA modules as the suggested code does not comply with programming standards, eg. using meaningful, prefixed variable names. Also, many of the exam questions were poorly worded and/or ambiguous.”

“Good if you have no idea about social media/instagram. If you have experience using the app generally there are only a couple of good points that may add to your education. Most of these are reported about and you can search for without paying for the course.”

“I was happy to find the developer course for Wordpress for £22 - discounted price - from more than £400. The course is ok but worth £22. It is a series of presentations with a detailed 'helpful guide' voiceover. I now feel able to give Wordpress a go, but it may not be to developer level as we know it.”

“At this point I am rather really annoyed. It has been 4 weeks now since completing my 120hrs TEFL (TESOL) Masterclass course, emailed to find out what's happening with the results and how to get my certificate. Was sent information how to purchase it. The receipt says certificate turn around time is 24hrs. It's well past 24 hrs and I am still waiting....... I am not impressed.”

“This isn't a bad course, however, I have a feeling it was not created or developed in the UK. Not that this is much a problem but I think there needs to be a fine-tooth comb to check spelling errors. In one module there is no video material and in another, the title of the module is nothing to do with what is in the module. Anyway, I have my cerificate now so I'm happy but not sure I would recommend this course.”

“Course requires updating - there are a number of errors in the course materials and assessments. Also no clear direction on how long it takes for you to receive your pdf certificate. I was told 24 to 48 hrs but is still waiting.”

“Done the British cleaning course. It confirmed what I already knew.only problem I have with it is all the videos are from America. They do things differently to us. Should change the name or use British videos. All in all o k.”

“The price was good because I bought it when it was on offer. I felt the course was aimed at Americans though as prices were quoted in dollars. I thought the information on the UK was not informative enough as there are so many attractions and places to visit in the UK. There is Wales, Scotland and Ireland to write about but the course focussed on hotels. Some of the grammar throughout the course was poor. I enjoyed reading about the different countries however but don't feel equipped to work in the travel industry.”

“Not able to print out modules unless you want half a page of rubbish as well, so very disappointing that when printing out to read thoroughly I wasted paper. Overall good and interesting course in Employment Law”
