“Ordered a gift card, chose special delivery to receive by time needed. Rang to check if being delivered only to be informed they've cancelled order. No email provided to advise this and money taken from credit card so no reason this should be cancelled either!!! Shocked, appalled and disgusted with lack of contract completion with all requirements for contract were met (offer, acceptance and consideration). Would not recommend at all. Extra non-laughing point - holding for 6 minutes to get through to complaints department - says in all!!!!!!”

“Totally discussed that, when you purchased a voucher from any company to spend through them. You find there is a time limit to use it, then you lose the funds. 0.90p per month deduction once your voucher/card reaches 18 months. The voucher/card was a gift in 2019, and it was put in a bag on the day it was given to me. I never used that bag again. I was rummaging through some stuff to get rid of, and came across it. I definitely would not recommend One4all to anyone!!!!.”

“Just want to use one of my gift cards that had £20 on it was a birthday present , and it had £6 on it, lucky I had one more to use ,never felt so embarrassed. Will not give one4all gift cards has a gift anymore .”

“the charges are totally out of order disgraceful. why do they think they can take money not belonging to them, a complete rip off. never buy these gift cards !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wonder if the retailers are aware of this underhanded way of dealing with people .”

“Have 2 separate cards each had 35.00 euros on them and both showing 0.00 credit even though I never used them and expiring isn’t until 04/2025 feel as though cards are fraudulent and won’t recommend to anyone”

“Although expiry date is 2014 the balance on an unused £25 card is currently 70p due to charges. Card never accepted when trying to use previously. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD.”

“I was gifted a card that was worth 50 GBP however the card would decline at every store in Ireland. We assume the reason was that it wasn't in euro. I call customer care and they asked me to reach out on other customer care contact info. I was given the solution to return the card to the person who gifted it (which was very disrespectful to me) or get it transferred to my bank account with a hefty fee of 7.5 GBP. I agreed to even that but the money never reached my account. My case number is 323105. I asked to transaction details and was manipulate several times and also sent away with never ending deadlines. But no money. This company is a joke or rather a scammer. Not to forget the endless struggles on the till to pay through the card. True the gift card is not a gift but a torture card... Gift them to those you hate”

“I have filled in a form as I had £13.00 on my card which was declined in M&S.. I checked on line the balance had gone to £0.00!! I called yous and was told been used on line at Curry’s!! The card is in my possession how did this happen??? Waiting for response on Tuesday??? Nobody has this card but me and the only thing I did was check balance??? The embarrassment of it being declined!! Someone stole it what the hell could somebody buy from curry’s for £13.00 and if you know where it was spent on line surely you can find out what and where it’s being delivered to?? Not impressed by your security I was just using it up before you stole the rest of 90 pence fees per month!! I awaited the outcome but will be advising people not to buy these!!😐”

“I got the one4allGIft card as a Birthday present, same as everyone else came with zero Balance, asked for a replacement & it took 3wks to come & same happened again. Rang customers services who couldn’t care less, this company should be done for fraud, I am definitely writing to Trading Standards”

“You should have an option for ‘ZERO’ stars! Absolutely diabolical that One4all can take monthly charges on a card which has already been paid for and unable to have been used. Tried on many occasions to use online however this appears to be a waste of time (if you already have an account with the company you want to purchase from). I have just discovered about these charges as I was sadly unable to use in a shop as I (obviously) didn’t have the correct amount! Do I really need to phone every month to see what I have left! I have 3 No cards which I received as Birthday/Xmas gifts during the pandemic and now they have a lot less money on them due to these charges although they have expiry dates of 2025. Very angry and will be advising all my friends and family not to purchase these cards as they are a waste of their money”

“Horrible! I got 70£ gift card and the day when I tried use it money from disappear. I called them 4 times and ask for a help and complain form . In finally when I filled out the form they answered me that my new card is on the way and should be within 7-10 working days . Those days are past and still I don’t have my money or new card … I tried to contact them again and no answer. The worst company every don’t waist your time and money !”

“One4all card should be re-branded as NONE4all!! Reputable companies should NOT associate with this SCAM!Ironically, card is marketed as accessible and flexible, but in fact, are USELESS!! I received a £50 card, which I was unable to use in Rituals, as my chosen purchase exceeded the balance, and bizarrely, you can't pay the difference nor top-up the card! I chose another set at £49.90 but card DECLINED again due to £40 limit in a single transaction! The Sales Assistant was most helpful but frustrated. Tried spending under £40 and still DECLINED! I tried to use in W H Smith in Glasgow Central but DECLINED as apparently, that particular branch does not accept them, (although listed), so I would have to inconveniently visit a different branch. In M&S, staff told me these cards are notorious! You could NOT make this up!”

“Tried a second one for all gift card both had £20 on neither would work these cards are a complete rip off. Yes they respond to posts like this but do nothing about it. They were given as gifts. Do not trust these cards at all.”

“Such a scam. My balance is gone. Said I bought an H&M gift card. I did not. Said rhey wanted more personal information from me after they send me a 4 digit unique code. Why? Such a scam!”
