“I was gifted a card that was worth 50 GBP however the card would decline at every store in Ireland. We assume the reason was that it wasn't in euro. I call customer care and they asked me to reach out on other customer care contact info. I was given the solution to return the card to the person who gifted it (which was very disrespectful to me) or get it transferred to my bank account with a hefty fee of 7.5 GBP. I agreed to even that but the money never reached my account. My case number is 323105. I asked to transaction details and was manipulate several times and also sent away with never ending deadlines. But no money. This company is a joke or rather a scammer. Not to forget the endless struggles on the till to pay through the card. True the gift card is not a gift but a torture card... Gift them to those you hate”

I checked on line the balance had gone to £0.00!! I called yous and was told been used on line at Curry’s!! The card is in my possession how did this happen??? Waiting for response on Tuesday??? Nobody has this card but me and the only thing I did was check balance???

“You should have an option for ‘ZERO’ stars! Absolutely diabolical that One4all can take monthly charges on a card which has already been paid for and unable to have been used. Tried on many occasions to use online however this appears to be a waste of time (if you already have an account with the company you want to purchase from). I have just discovered about these charges as I was sadly unable to use in a shop as I (obviously) didn’t have the correct amount! Do I really need to phone every month to see what I have left! I have 3 No cards which I received as Birthday/Xmas gifts during the pandemic and now they have a lot less money on them due to these charges although they have expiry dates of 2025. Very angry and will be advising all my friends and family not to purchase these cards as they are a waste of their money”

“One4all card should be re-branded as NONE4all!! Reputable companies should NOT associate with this SCAM!Ironically, card is marketed as accessible and flexible, but in fact, are USELESS!! I received a £50 card, which I was unable to use in Rituals, as my chosen purchase exceeded the balance, and bizarrely, you can't pay the difference nor top-up the card! I chose another set at £49.90 but card DECLINED again due to £40 limit in a single transaction! The Sales Assistant was most helpful but frustrated. Tried spending under £40 and still DECLINED! I tried to use in W H Smith in Glasgow Central but DECLINED as apparently, that particular branch does not accept them, (although listed), so I would have to inconveniently visit a different branch. In M&S, staff told me these cards are notorious! You could NOT make this up!”
