“Most useless card ever”

“If I could give zero, I would. BEWARE this con, the company charge a 'Card Management Fee' of 90p per month. So any gift is rapidly eaten up if not spent immediately. A genuinely disappointing and bordering on corrupt company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (OK, so use at a cost of 90p per month, but for what?). Further to this, a purchase was attempted online soon after receiving the card and despite the going through, it was latterly voided for an unknown reason by the selling company online. No explanation was obtained. Bye bye money for nothing. AVOID.”

“Nothing but problems, AVOID !! Always numerous problems while attempting to use these cards, which leaves the recipient of the gift card frustrated and disappointed. You will notice all replies from this company responding to complaints use the same wording, which in my experience, means being fobbed off and seen to be doing something. I will be taking my issues beyond this company for investigation. Will most certainly NOT be purchasing further gift cards. Utterly disappointing and unacceptable.”

“Almost impossible to use. Really restrictive in that you can only buy stuff for less than the value of the voucher. One4all keep pushing to download their app. Even then when I came to pay, it didn't work. Meanwhile a monthly maintenance fee is extracting value of the voucher. My £30 voucher is now only worth £17.50. Avoid this voucher scheme which I feel is practically a scam and just use cash instead.”

“The only way I can describe this gift card is: From a happy gift which turns into a nightmare gift!!! This is NOT a gift card, it has lots of hidden barriers & makes very difficult to use!!! I would give it a 0 star if I was allowed to!!! Just a BIG SCAM!!!”

“do not buy a digital card. they dont work. tried to get my £700 back. but they make it impossible. even though they have all my details.they wont reimburse me.getting in touch with the relevent authorities to sort them out. believe me it is a scam.”

“This is dreadful, I had a One4all for my birthday & I have tried several online stores, including Debenhams & M&S which they say I should be able to use & it won’t accept it at the checkout Don’t waste your money”

“DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! it is a scam, the card will not work anywhere you try to use it. I genuinely tried 15 stores from their list and got rejected every time. I contacted support and they told me nothing is wrong. I emailed them 3 times in the last month (with pictures of the card not working) and still haven’t received a response! They are scamming you, please do not buy this. If I could give it 0 stars I would.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. What a rip off! Management fees for doing what exactly? Should be classed as theft. Would NEVER buy a One4All gift card for anyone and will do my best to tell others not to buy one for me.”

“zero from me. I received a £100 gift card from my employer who are a worldwide organisation of impeccable reputation but sadly one4all have shown themselves not to match that standard. I presented my card to a huge UK retailer but they couldn't verify the card. after more than 30 minutes waiting I left with a card which had been deducted by the purchase price 'pending' and no product. I contacted the one4all customer service team 3 times and received no response and I'm 24 hours later. be wary of this company, they don't honour gift cards and provide the poorest customer service. I have receipts and emails to back up my statement I'd they even bother to read this.”

“Awful- absolute scam. Would give zero stars if I could. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop buying these cards! Just give money instead it will be a lot more appreciated because you can actually USE money instead of these Giftcards. They take money off monthly just overall a SCAM”

“DO NOT buy these gift cards! A disabled gentleman I know hot one for a present. He asked me to check his balance as he hadn’t used it for a while, it was ZERO! Why? Because they take 90p off your balance every single month you don’t use it - DISGUSTING!!!”

“We are a charity and spent over 7k on these cards in 2020 to run a crisis fund to help vulnerable people buy clothes and household goods , , not realising that, after 18 months the balance on the cards would begin to decrease, why would we know this ? We have lost 100's of pounds and people have come back over and over saying they don't work the retailers won't take them etc AVOID! it is a huge rip off to take 90p a month off , how can they justify this .. shocking , it's stealing basically, we paid £50 for each card and have 100's left that are now only worth £35 and going down each month, nice profit for the company. not so great for our charity....”

“Absolutely disgusted with this company, I have four gift cards & have struggled to use them both online & in-store at various shops. Most recently at TK Maxx who said I needed to find out how much was on the card before I used it. I have now downloaded the app and two of my cards aren't able to be uploaded due to an error. On my other two cards, I have noticed that I have been charged a card management fee every month which has pretty much wiped out my balance : ( All cards are still valid but by the expiry date I’ll have no credit left - how can this be allowed?! My employer uses these cards as a reward at work, however I am going to seriously warn them of this sneaky stealing company!”

“Totally discussed that, when you purchased a voucher from any company to spend through them. You find there is a time limit to use it, then you lose the funds. 0.90p per month deduction once your voucher/card reaches 18 months. The voucher/card was a gift in 2019, and it was put in a bag on the day it was given to me. I never used that bag again. I was rummaging through some stuff to get rid of, and came across it. I definitely would not recommend One4all to anyone!!!!.”

“the charges are totally out of order disgraceful. why do they think they can take money not belonging to them, a complete rip off. never buy these gift cards !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wonder if the retailers are aware of this underhanded way of dealing with people .”

“Have 2 separate cards each had 35.00 euros on them and both showing 0.00 credit even though I never used them and expiring isn’t until 04/2025 feel as though cards are fraudulent and won’t recommend to anyone”

“Although expiry date is 2014 the balance on an unused £25 card is currently 70p due to charges. Card never accepted when trying to use previously. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD.”
